How to gland off and terminate a steel wire armoured electric cable

Here we I attempt to demonstrate how electricians in medway gland off a steel wire armoured cable.
The cable is a 7 core 1.5mm sea cable.

Excellent video. Note to anyone confused with tightning direction: the camera has inverted the video (look at the t-shirt, everything is flipped) - so clockwise is anti-clockwise, and vice-versa.

Nb the clamping ring is thin side toward end of the cable, to match the slope of the clamping cone.
