    Hi, I am from the Philippines. I am a subscriber and a regular viewer of your videos. I have a problem with a pain above the middle part of my right clavicle. I believe I got it while overdoing a pull-over exercise. I have tried all your shoulder treatments, but I know that they are not the answer, for my pain is NOT on my shoulder muscles, but, like I said, they are above the middle part of the clavicle area, like beneath that area. How do I treat it, as I need to continue my strength training exercises, to get back in shape?
    You are doing a super great service to all your viewers. More power to you. God bless us all.

    I'm 6 weeks out from my injury and almost 4 weeks out from collarbone surgery. I also fractured my scapula, glenoid fossa and 7 ribs. I've got PT scheduled in ~2 weeks. I can barely move my arm right now. Looking forward to starting exercises but kind of dreading it too given the level of pain I expect it will cause. Do most patients require pain meds in order to do initial ROM and other exercises? Hoping I can regain full function with no long term chronic pain or poor ROM.

      @Coldwellathletictherapy  4 месяца назад +1

      2 weeks is likely too early for all of these exercises. It is essential to know the stage of bone healing in order to proceed with optimal loading. In general free active and active assisted range of motion of shoulder in all planes is usually allowed after 6 weeks with passive ROM as tolerable.
      Progressive resistive exercises (isotonic) for scapular stabilizers, biceps, triceps and rotator cuff are often prescribed after 6 weeks.

      Sorry, just seeing this now. As soon as you are no longer immobilized. Use pain as your guide. Expect to be sore and fatigued. If swelling or increase in pain comes the next day do less reps or take a day off in between. Don't do any exercises are painful.

      i think when they apply screws and plate
      bone healing slows down as new bone tissue is transported through bone marrow where these screws are placed on plate
      my dr also said that it will take 1-1.5 years to heal completely and then we can remove titanium plate

    Its like you're fooling us
    You go straight to hard exercise
    You don't go through the step by Step
    Do you think a beginner can do that?
    Even raising their hand is difficult

  • @MrMythio
    @MrMythio 30 секунд назад

    appreciate your effort but you're literally not explaining anything. A lot of those exercises are quite tricky - small details matter. How is anybody supposed to catch if based on 3s example video with a losy t-shirt... I do not recommend people following these. It might be harmful.
