Hi, I am from the Philippines. I am a subscriber and a regular viewer of your videos. I have a problem with a pain above the middle part of my right clavicle. I believe I got it while overdoing a pull-over exercise. I have tried all your shoulder treatments, but I know that they are not the answer, for my pain is NOT on my shoulder muscles, but, like I said, they are above the middle part of the clavicle area, like beneath that area. How do I treat it, as I need to continue my strength training exercises, to get back in shape? You are doing a super great service to all your viewers. More power to you. God bless us all.

I can barely move my arm right now. Looking forward to starting exercises but kind of dreading it too given the level of pain I expect it will cause. My trap muscle on one side is always raised and my shoulders always click and I am very active I work out 3 times a week with weights but need to do more of these type of exercises
My clavicle broke like that in video. Today is 1 month and 8days. The doctor recommended use a arm sling for 2week. But my clavicle is not in line. It is okay for healings?
2 weeks is likely too early for all of these exercises. It is essential to know the stage of bone healing in order to proceed with optimal loading. In general free active and active assisted range of motion of shoulder in all planes is usually allowed after 6 weeks with passive ROM as tolerable. Progressive resistive exercises (isotonic) for scapular stabilizers, biceps, triceps and rotator cuff are often prescribed after 6 weeks.
