Retro bikes will never fail on yah.
Hand job good name
Yeah Cove have some out there names 😂
Nothing like a hand job on a canal towpath. There I said it lowered the tone had to lol.
Great vid I'll have to do the hanger test my next build.
😂 We were all thinking it.
Thanks for posting.
Great bank holiday viewing
Hope you enjoyed it!
This bike is one of the tops on RUclips!
Thank you! Very kind
Great build it looks light with a no fuss approach, loving the double chain rings.
It’s not a super lightweight by any means but I do think it is light and it moves really well.
That's an awesome bike!
I love it!
always good to see you build a bike 🙂
nice one
Thanks 👍
Cove has some of the funnest names
Got a Hustler and a G Spot to do soon too 😅
Really nice build.
Thank you.
Great work..
Thanks a lot
Nice build! 😍😍😍
Thank you! 😁
Retro bikes: built for last
Cove did/do make great frames!
Another nice build,Mark! No Torvey spotting? lol
Next time!
Can you tell me about that bottom bracket? I just got a cheap one of those and don't know if I need the spacers or not. I have a 68mm BB shell. It's on a 1986 Miyata 710 that I'm converting to 1x9.
With a hollowtech2 mtb bb if the shell is 68mm you need 2 spacers on the drive side and 1 on the left. if the shell is 73mm you need 1 spacer
on the drive side and none on the left.
@@nialls243 Thanks. I'm glad I didn't throw them out.
Cheers Nialls. Thanks for answering that 🤙
What stem do you use?
All specs should be in the description bud. It’s a Ragley stem though
Mullet set up always make the bike look odd would look ten times better with the same size front wheel😊 mint bikes tho the coves
Ah I love how it looks. It rides so well too.
@@MonkeyShred look.much better with the same size wheels imo. Never understood the mullet thing
I hope you left the dork disc on
It didn’t even come with one.
