Wow. This is custom on a different level of detail. The bike is probably crazier than anything I could have dreamed of. But I don’t even want to know how much this thing costs.🥶
Beautiful build. I have a pair of Speedplay Pave's which I got to use at Paris-Roubaix sportif this year,. Great in the mud. Really disappointed that the stem isn't available on the Sturdy website but I guess it must be to order only.
Magnetically attached bike bags is genius on Ti 😆 I’ve frame wrapped my crux in clear tape so that my straps don’t grind the frame on gravel. Bike packing on a crux is phenomenal btw
I’d like to see you build the ultimate maneuverable lightweight urban bike, maybe folding but not necessarily, with a mini velo frame and 406 wheelset.
Incredible. You could make these videos twice as long and we would love it! I’m not sure about the yellow tyre walls though. I would choose black or grey 😉
Love the bike, if you don't mind me asking what chain did you use with the rotor cassette? Also did you need a spacer behind the cassette on the freehub?
@@TwistedWheels Thank you so much for the reply. I heard that the eagle chain is best but it's great to hear you are using it successfully on such a high end build.
@@TwistedWheelsAnd the brake levers, but that's only for certain groupsets. Any reason you chose not to get the chainring and handlebars? (is it just for clip on bars?) That ti handlebar is so good looking
Twisted Wheels x Sturdy?!?!?!!!?!?!! My goodness that is one stunner of a bike my friend. Well done. What size frame? Just curious if we are the same dimensions haha
Not everyday we witness something like this. May i ask , the costs? Frame fork only, and everything? 😬 Also i would say an ultradynamico cava 33c tyre would just look absolutely amazing here.
@@TwistedWheels interestingly i try the same component. only minor like crankset is different because one use BB30 one use Shimano 24. but both use 50-34 and cassette 32 it still mystery but probably i think it is about aerodynamic and geometry. That is the most beautiful bike I've ever seen. Love at first sight. And second. And third.
Thanks! 😄
Holy hell batman, what a ride. When I win lottery will go back to this video for my next bike. Pretty cool
You made titanium bike to another level good job bro 🎉
Beautiful machine. I have met Tom and seen one of his bikes in my local shop as he lives in the same town. They truly are lovely!
Ok Oleg...I know its not Christmas yet , but , please ??? And , that is a work of art , you and Tom have something special there , truly . Thank you
Thanks, man!

Thanks!
Nice TW touch on the frame 🤙
Thanks bro! There is also LDO written on the back of the seatpost :)
I’m glad I didn’t go for OLD 😂
@@TwistedWheels noticed that too! Fancy! It is OLD if you read it anti clockwise 🫶🏻
Wow! Congrats Oleg, that's just another level - all these custom decisions implemented are fascinating!
@@Debarkadere thank you, my friend 👊🏼
Bad-ass and beautiful!! I have come to expect nothing but the coolest builds on this channel!

Lightbicycle is the rim/ wheel brand of my choice. Have three different wheelsets from them and each one is absolutely flawless!
Agree. Best value/quality for money!
What an amazing frame set 😃
So good! And I thought the build would come in a second video, and you delivered. Such a good looking bike 🚴✨✨
Thanks man

True dream build this! Came out looking perfect 😍
Thanks 👊🏼
A stunning beauty!
My dream bike, light and timeless ❤
So good. I love the look and the functionality. Another masterpiece…
Thanks mate 👊🏼
some yellow bar tape to match the tires would also look amazing
Beautiful bike. That is very light for a Ti bike.
such a beauty of a bike 🤩

@@chrisjones6699 had both on my previous titanium bike and prefer tan. But both look good!
I like the yellow….. it’s a little different. I have a red frame and now those tires got me thinking about how good red and yellow look together.
Wow what a build amazing 😊 ❤ Pete

Haha, Challenge tires always stand up for their name, but I’ve used them on several builds now, so found the approach :)

Do you happen to know why the steerer tube isn’t titanium?
Потрясающий ❤
any chance on releasing the 3d design online?
Tis a thing of beauty
Love the bike, if you don't mind me asking what chain did you use with the rotor cassette? Also did you need a spacer behind the cassette on the freehub?
Using Sram Eagle chain. I have an 11-speed road freehub, so needed a spacer

fuck yeah!
pretty

How are 3d printed titanium parts in terms of strength compared to carbon? It seems amazing that the 3d printed parts here look the way they do
Sturdy bikes are dreamy, although I am a bit disappointed you didn't go for all the titanium finishing kit they offer
The only thing I didn’t buy was the chainring and the handlebars.

i need this frame with a bosch SX motor?
What is your experience with Light Bicycles AR25 rims with inner tubes and 32 mm tires? Any issues with hybrid hooks?
No issues

i did a lot on my titanium frame. at the end it not as fast as carbon one.
Don’t think you can apply labels like “fast” and “slow” to frame materials without taking into account all other factors and parts.
