It was great how you kept your cool in all of your interactions, and was super polite to the staff at your local yard. You had every excuse to be angry, but the way you conducted yourself was above reproach. I suppose you don’t get to where you are by burning bridges. Hats off to you sir.
A different video indeed Vlad. You dealt with your issue at Copart in a business like manner and kept your cool. I’m pleased you received a full refund for the car and shipping. Thank u so much for sharing that video. I throughly enjoy all content from LNC. I’m a huge fan !! 👍🇬🇧
Had a similar experience with Copart. They had to buy back the Infiniti that I purchased because of a title discrepancy. They did cover and refunded my shipping expenses as well. Had to provide an invoice from the shipping company. They will assign a resolution specialist who will handle the whole process for you. Unfortunately your time and the hassle is also money. At least you've managed to shoot a nice video about your trouble that will help others.
That’s great news Vlad! Nice to see that Copart held themselves accountable and value your business! God Bless you and your family Vlad and keep up the good work!
Smh.. Vlad I'm so sorry you went through this. At the end of the day thank you so much for letting all of this be known to us. The one thing I have noticed with this deal since you've gone to them before, was you always go to the yard to see the car before you leave. Now you know, you can't do deals that you've not seen before it leaves their yard.. crazy. They should pay you for re-installing some of those parts!
Glade you were able to dodge that , I know dealing with copart is not easy and never admit to issues when its there fault. Glad your stressful situation had a happy ending.
Copart has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Copart made this issue right because they saw the amount of business he does with them. If it was the average guy that does one car a year, I know they would tell him to pound sand, just like they first did with LNC. I am glad you got your shipping costs back and was surprised.
Hey Vladimir, you are definitely a class act, most people probably would have blown up on the phone with Copart and you maintained a very professional demeanor, but I think the viewers of this video will also recognize that we feel the stress in your face and voice, because of these concerns, it took away your upbeat voice and positive outlook on normally everything! Hang in there! You're doing great. Keep up the hustle and things will turn around for you! Let's go! Brian
Outstanding content!!! The beginning of the video had me on the edge of my seat seeing COPART fraud when the assistant manager seemed like he was trying to blame you! 😡 20,000 miles difference is not a small mistake 🤪
Glad to hear it was resolved.. Its not ethical to mistreat customers, especially good ones. Copart did ths right thing and their reputation remains intact. This is how things should be solved.
Hi Vlad, I would have thought the first route for Copart would have been to offer to discount the vehicle based on mileage and your shipping costs, this may not be the best option for the seller, but return transportation and the environmental impact has a cost to someone, great if you can purchase again at a lower cost, love what you are doing all the way from Bonnie Scotland.
Such a shame the stunt they pulled!! Thanks for the info, Vlad! It is good to know that one has to be really aware and careful with these kind of situations
I enjoyed this video. I think you handled it very well and it’s good to see they looked after you with the shipping cost, shows they value your business. We’ll done!
I understand there are mistakes made with so many cars being sold at auction. However, this is a good learning lesson as well to NOT buy site on seen. Something I've been realizing after buying cars with hidden damage and things you just don not see in picture.
That happened to me with an Escalade from IAA. I explained to them that they wrote down the trip odometer and not the real miles. They took the car back and gave me a refund the same day. IAA is way better.
Really impressed with how you dealt with this situation. After all you spend a lot of money with them 👍.Copart did the right thing and kept a very valuable customer
Well done Vlad, handled yourself like the pro that you are 👍. Fair resolution all things considered, thanks for sharing as many of us have had issues to address with Copart as well
Good afternoon Vlad, I have been hearing all kind of horror stories about these people. I am sure glad you recovered from this incident. Thanks for the information. Take care and good luck.
Not ideal, but alls well that ends well….really thought you were going to get stiffed in the shipping cost…good to see customer service and honesty working well….and thanks for showing it’s not all sunshine and rainbows when buying salvage. 👍
Copart here in Brazil says “you need to check the car on site” and then they run for any responsibilities…. Many times some parts are stolen that you can’t even see before you start the car…. The spare keys and manuals never comes with the car.
Thank you for this episode.. What happened after this episode? New follower from Egypt Can I work with you when I arrive in the United States? I am interested in learning this business from scratch
Good Afternoon good things happen to good people. Its all because of how you conduct yourself in your business dealings. Great news wishing you more success stories.
this is the correct way to handle a situation like this and because you conducted yourself the right way you got the best result. Well done. Well done to copart too they made the right response not to mention the smartest decision from a business and reputational decision.
I had a similar issue with them. I bought a camper trailer that was labeled minor dented scratches and when I get there it’s not dentist scratches it’s fire damage. It was not able to be seen in the photos because they did not take pictures of the fire damage. I did not pay for the car and took it with the manager at that location and had them refund my account, the resisting
THEY EDIT WHEN THE CARS COMES DAMAGE AND CHANGE THAT TO "NO MECHANICAL DAMAGE" ON THEIR WEBSITE SO THAT YOU "CANT" RETURN WITH NO REFUND AND YOUR STRUCK WITH THE CAR. THESE CARS ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMS....I KNOW I USED TO WORK THERE AND THE SHADY SHIT THEY DO THERE IS A JOKE....PLUS THE MANAGER CLOSES DOOR SO THAT NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING...THIS IS SO SHADY
Vlad this a case where “What happened? Something happened 🤫. I’m also amazed how you kept your cool and managed to smile and be patient. Very impressed with your calmness and letting them know you’ve bought many high end cars from them and you expect them to be transparent otherwise you’ll take your business elsewhere 😤
In a body shop we tear them down the whole way. If the car gets junked we don't put them back together. We don't put the parts in the car till the customer cleans it out. Most of the time they pick up the car without the parts in the car.
Thats not bad for a bad situation. To be honest it is fair to cover your own costs. You purchased the car out of state and that was your choice. Good outcome non the less.
Cleetus purchased that 911 turbo…Copart claimed started and drove…reality the entire motor was split in half almost. Copart backed down quickly and took it back when he went public😮
Влад, привет, рад что ты добился возврата средств и затрат на транспортировку ... В любом случае интересное видео, спасибо что показываешь такие моменты 👍
My pal bought a truck with pics showing the airbag was n't blown , so he thought it was light damage. It turned out the steering wheel had been changed and it had serious structual dameged. My thoughts always go and have a look if you can . Saves alot off grief .😔
thank you for sharing this video and showing your true pain,i havent been a copart member for 4 years now and i go back here in the uk to well before copart bought out our universal salvage auctions
I bought a 2014 BMW 435 X Drive, which was sold as being Cat N 'MINOR DENTS/SCRATCHES' When the car was delivered my mechanic commented that the engine was running slightly off a cylinder, which at the time was thought to be a faulty injector. The car was parked until we had a slot to carry out repairs, we checked the compression, which was half what it should have been on one cylinder, we decided to dig deeper to try to resolve the problem, which turned out to be a bent connecting rod. This was obviously why the car was sold through Copart. When I approached copart about this problem their reply was ''TOUGH LUCK'' and I should have researched the car before bidding, but viewing is not allowed in Belfast Copart. I am preparing for a court case.
For future reference I have bought from copart for years if the vehicle is misrepresented by them you can get them to take it back they give you a hard time but the will take it back if you argue enough as it is illegal to misrepresented the miles.i have done it a few times.
Thats just crazy, you would think a huge company like Copart would have just discounted the price paid and come to a suitable value, leaving you with the car and no messing around. I guess also if you had gone down the legal route that could have banned you from purchasing any more cars from them.
Great outcome for you Vlad, and you did nothing wrong, just unfortunate mistake by Copart. 😮Well done to Copart for stepping up and refunding you in full.. this will get them continued business from big Vlad 👍🏻
I had that happen on a car at CarMax once. I went to see it and the miles were way off. But I didn’t buy the car and they fixed their mistake on the site. No harm, no foul.
Really liked the way you handled this situation, very professional, business like manner, didn’t lose your temper with Copart, etc…
Well you can't be a dick to people because of a mistake. It's not the people he spoke to fault.
No lie I would have lost my shit
Thank you for showing us both the ups and downs of the business. A lot of channels don’t show when things go wrong.
Name one channel that doesn’t show the bad
@@somebodyandthem he can't
@@somebodyandthem that complement is not to be debated. It’s not open to be destroyed by you. Flow with positive energy my brother.

i'm glad you uploaded this. People think it's easy to just buy and flip cars. There are soo many headaches involved us rebuilders deal with.
Really happy to see you showing the business side of car auction that sometimes you don’t get what is described 😊
They probably mistaken the range miles for the battery with the odometer miles.
❤
Maybe they read the trip
Yes they did

Thank you for sharing the ups & downs of the motor trade. You handled yourself like a true professional, polite and assertive.
Glade you were able to dodge that , I know dealing with copart is not easy and never admit to issues when its there fault. Glad your stressful situation had a happy ending.
Shoutout to Copart for finally resolving your problem with the Tesla. Now that's real top class customer service
Copart has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Copart made this issue right because they saw the amount of business he does with them. If it was the average guy that does one car a year, I know they would tell him to pound sand, just like they first did with LNC. I am glad you got your shipping costs back and was surprised.
Just goes to show it may be worth your while to have Vlad get you your desired vehicle from Copart!
He handled it calmly and professionally.
Hi Vlad,

Totally agree because Vlad even said he would buy it back when he left it at Long Beach..
That makes perfect sense, but Co-part is too much of a corporate company to do something that makes sense like that.
Your calmness and good behaviour was excellent.I must learn from you!
He's like 'It's Christmas Present', when he said happily, 'We got our money back and also the shipping cost'. This guy is awesome.
This is one of your best vid how everything was handled and the relationship between you and copart is intact.👌🏾🇿🇦♥️
Such a shame the stunt they pulled!! Thanks for the info, Vlad! It is good to know that one has to be really aware and careful with these kind of situations
That’s an entire law suit especially with the way they handled it.
GREAT RESULT 👍👍REALLY GOOD TO SEE YOU GUYS GET THE FULL REFUND FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY 👍👍
I enjoyed this video. I think you handled it very well and it’s good to see they looked after you with the shipping cost, shows they value your business. We’ll done!

Boy Vlad, you seemed so calm, I would have been pissed. I guess that is why I don't do what you do. Loved the video
That’s crazy. I hope the shipping ends up getting covered. Just crazy.
انت مبدع
My 22 years of Auto Auction work tells me the cameras and other parts were removed at the Auction by dealers/body shop workers.
very instructive story, good luck with your business
Love Canada Merci Québec
Great to hear this had a positive ending Vlad 😀
glad to see they did the right thing and happy for you getting your money back

Why do manuals and spare keys not come with car? Wth copart you loser

Great that it all worked out in the end.
Both you and Copart handled that perfectly, IMO.
Yeah but the first lady pissed me off with that BS “we know what we sent you.”
Well done Vlad for the way you delt with this very calm.... As for Copart this isn't a good look for them. Stay safe support from England 🙏
In a body shop we tear them down the whole way. If the car gets junked we don't put them back together. We don't put the parts in the car till the customer cleans it out. Most of the time they pick up the car without the parts in the car.

Brooooooo this feeling like déjà vu
We all need to ban together and expose Coparts bs.
You sound good just like Zlatan Ibrahimović man
jeez! what an absolute nightmare! i wish i had your restraint

Had similar issue, but they put higher mileage on Title than the car actually had.
Took 4 months to get new title with corrected right mileage.
Thanks for showing things like this, but yeah smart move on Copart! I wouldn’t want to lose you guys as customer!! Great vid!!
That seems to be a pearl white Ferrari. Beautiful colour Vlad difficult to top
Thats just crazy, you would think a huge company like Copart would have just discounted the price paid and come to a suitable value, leaving you with the car and no messing around.

Great advertising for CoPart, “ when you lie down with dogs...” scoundrels.
Excellent video.

keep up making good great videos.
Glad it worked out.
Great video 👍🏻👍🏻
Would like to think that Copart did right by you on the shipping costs.... multiple vehicle purchases considered etc
I don’t think I was gonna be this calm 😮😮
very informative post bro☄️
Do not like that forklift on the Tesla batteries !
