Turkish Ramadan Pide Bread Recipe Ingredients:
Warm Water- 500 ml (35˚c to 37˚c/ 97˚f to 100˚f)
Yeast- 14g (dry)
Flour- 1.4 kg ( 5.5 to 6 cups)
Salt- 1tbsp
Olive oil- 30ml
For the egg-wash coating:
Egg yolk 1
Plain yoghurt 1tbsp
Olive oil 1tbsp
For the toppings:
Sesame seeds
