Quick tip: you can also charge up your spit to 100% then bite. This will leave the spit active, and anything that walks by you will be set on fire. Also it gives you a chance to move and reposition and still have a spit charged up.

You can still spawn in creatures from genesis in the other maps even if you don’t own it. At least I could a few days ago on pc. I spawned in one of the huge turtle things. I’ll check if it still works later tonight when I get on.
I can't get it because my family's poor we haven't been paid in two months heck were struggling because of bills our internet bill never got paid so even when I finally get a card I can't use it
This is quickly becoming my favorite dino: it looks great, is really strong with it’s fireball plus it can gather metal, stone, crystal, obsidian, thatch. It was hard to get and raise but worth it imo.
There will be a nerf coming up to make it so the mortor requires metal ingots to fire, And as i said in the space whale video, The green rocks, not the spikey ones, have Ambergris, The charge up also can be cancelled out by hitting left click, R2 or RT, And it will burn anything nearby, Water will also start taking damage when underwater
I would love to see a Bloodstalker video! I remember the livestream where the devs said they could swim, but all I have seen is that they can skate on water. I hope ya'll test it.
@@pugbaccathegreat1073 haven't been able to play ARK for a while on my PC. I have pretty much exclusively relying on RUclipsrs to get Genesis info. Unfortunately, I haven't found a RUclipsr that has shown that feature.
Another tip, the spacewhale has speed based on time of acceleraton, meaning at first it's slow, but after about a minute, it goes into super speed and goes across the entire ocean map in about 1-2:30 mins
Just with regular movement or teleporting? I noticed it slowly starts moving faster the longer you are moving but didn't seem to get that much faster. How would you rank it with other creatures?
In one of the magmasaur egg pits there’s a hidden spot inside lava where nothing can hit you and you can teleport out. And ambergris spawns on Lunar E (some rocks in spawn that have blue stripes)
ive noticed if you do left+right click, occasionally it does this odd thing where the fireball is not spat out, and it makes this sort of rock chomping sound. if anyone can figure out what this is please do tell
I will add in I did test it on Val and you can swim in lava in the wyvern trench over there as well breed them highly recommended that you go to the shallow end though at the very bottom of the trench and set up some turrets to protect yourself from wyverns or anyone that's going to try to mess with you while you deal with these things breeding
8:14 it's not, if you look closely you will notice little metal parts holding this "empty space" so we can conclude that it isn't empty space, that's actually glass
UPDATE: the magmasaur has been somewhat nerfed to the time this comment has been posted. now the magma spit requires metal ingots in the magmasaur’s inventory as ammunition. I guess to balance it. However it gives more purpose to magmasaur’s smelting mode. Just put raw metal in the inventory and turn on smelting mode or just place metal ingots so you have plenty of firepower.

I noticed that if you ride the magmasaur while the volcano blows up, you won't die. That made my life much easier, instead of running out I just have my magmasaur in a cryopod and bring him out when ever the volcano is erupting and continue doing my business.
I used a pteranodon and then I used a grappling hook to get down and up again. Got two eggs this way. The magmasaurs did almost get me though so that was more like a yolo momment
Since you didnt say it, because most people dont know, if you're in the volcano and in the saddle, it doesnt kill you nor hurt you, so you can easily lead someone into there and they'll die and you'll be fine
You can also press bite while charging to keep your heat active temporarily and set people on fire and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it strengthens the furnace mode
PVE population is growing more and more it only makes sense to supply to pve people, I have never played pvp so I do not know how weak or busted this thing is there.

Honestly, this guy has one of the coolest design of any Ark creature by far.

It's just the movement, the teleport puts you in whatever speed you were just in before teleporting

You gotta mention that when you get hit by flamethrower or fire breath attacks you can power up almost instantly and do rapid fire mortars

There’s only 1 thing I know that hits through the saddle is a magmasaur breath mortar thing and maybe the fire wyvern
I always have one on my upload they are very useful
They can also swim in the lava on Valgoro without dying they don't take damage and that lava as well sorry if I spell the name of the map wrong
You can also walk over those fire things on the ground on genesis and it will power you up
It cooks raw meat as well, not game changing by any means but still really cool
How us it with microraptors do they still knock you off the mount when the magmasaur wears a saddle?
Magmasaurs can also breed, so its possible to make them even better than they already are
TyranntX if they can get mutations, then you can get even better stats. Possibly hundreds of thousands of hp with engoues generations

Grab a magma, max it in weight and gather metal on aberration, pretty sure its the fast method for metal by far.
Its fun, but nothing beats hover skiff + anky with max melee. I fill 3 industrial forges with one full anky. Takes about 5 minutes on Aberation.
