I’d like to join you in the challenge. I’ve been off and on starch solution a few times and never been able to maintain it but will start over. For exercise I’ll do the Walk at Home Lesley Sanson videos as think that will work better for me.
I have been eating wfpb 100% for three days and doing the workouts. I feel good, but my knees are not liking the workouts. For me, it is pretty intense...I will need to cut it back a bit :)
