    1. Turn on flight mode
    2. Use personal mode (turn off notifications or keep your phone away)
    3. Make it obvious to work
    4. eat nutritious food
    5. Time block the night before (One task at a time)
    6. Choose yourself first

  • @loes6839
    @loes6839 10 месяцев назад +14

Putting myself first has brought so much good into my life. I get my fitness done before work, I take breaks during work, once I'm home I turn of my work phone and laptop.
It has really helped me put things into perspective and has brought me a lot of confidence. Also confidence in the sense that if I promise something to myself, I will do everything to keep that promise because it's okay to disappoint others, but not myself.

These are so helpful in my day to day! I cannot recommend them enough. Decreasing the amount of resistance in the tasks that I cannot avoid frees me up physically and mentally. I helps me put the bulk of my energy into what matters.
Also want to congratulate you on your exponential growth! Some of the most insane blow ups i’ve ever seen on RUclips 🤘🏽

"Prioritize yourself before you let anyone into your mental space"...I never thought about my mental space like that - of others deciding for me what I think about instead of predominately deciding for myself . I will be taking that to heart, along with "Don't be like the rest of them Darling"! ;-)

Yes, please, Nischa. This was very helpful. I’d love more of these. I have ideas for side hustles but am not finding time to get them going, so appreciate the organizational and time saving tips (I was pleased to see wasting time on the phone isn’t too bad, and it was great to learn how to check this). Love ‘put yourself first.’ And scheduling literally everything, the night before, to remove the decision energy from the next day and just spend the time executing. Also reminding us of the futility of multi-tasking. Fantastic. So helpful. Please do more of these. And keep up the book recommendations, please. Thank you!

Probably the Finance RUclipsr with highest level of integrity and authenticity. Yes, one should pay himself/herself first. In the UK, it should be a person's topmost priority to take advantage of the ISA and SIPP and allocate a fixed amount to them each month. One can divided it into two parts, one would be solid dividend stocks and the second part should be allocated to BRK.B stocks since it anyways provides diversification under its umbrella and has beaten S&P 500 over the past decades. And then leverage three key dimensions of growth(over the long term): 1. growth in price of stock, 2. The dividend reinvestment and also 3. the dividend growth.

    Great info!
The white light our devices emit will also destroy eyesight and ruin sleep quality .
Many individuals also end up having anxiety/depression and even panic attacks after being on social media for extended periods of time.
So limit your time on these .Also, when you’re on the device be mindful of how you breath . Long shallow breaths for extended periods is a sure fire way to send your body into a fight or flight mode due to lack of oxygen and improper breathing .

Most people probably won't believe this but I don't care. Driving is almost completely automatic for me. When I was a cabbie I liked to show off by doing simple math in my head while driving faster than they could get the answer from opening up a calculator app. I've done it while keeping track of & participating in conversation.
I argue that most of us are capable of some multitasking. It's not too hard for most of us to do cardio while listening to educational material. I once saw a woman that was jogging with her dogs (hands-free hip harness) while having a conference call on her headset. She was truly doing 3 things well at once.
I exercise dogs professionally. If I am handling a well behaved dog that I know I will often read while walking them. Owners like to see photos & videos of their dogs so I get to practice those at the same time too.
