- You can see the tunnels that these varmints make in the lawn and it can ruin a lawn fast! This product that you can pick up from Home Depot will push those varmints out of your yard and into the field where they belong. It’s super easy to use and works really good. All you have to do it create a "rainbow" like pattern with this product.
Day 1: Go closest to your house and spread it down. Water it in.
Day 2: Go just outside of that ring around your house and then water it in.
Go until you have reached the border of your yard and they will be gone!

Thank you so much for the video. We have a huge problem with the voles and I am going to start the treatment today itself!!
There you go!! I hope it works for you too. Thank you for watching 🍻🍻
Nice video. Thank you for sharing. Greetings from Slovakia.
Yeah cheers! Thank you for watching. Have a great weekend.
Nice video - I battled with voles for 3 years, while I found this and stuff like it worked short term, it didn't prevent them from coming back. The only way I got rid of them completely was by building a bait trap out of PVC pipe and putting poison in it. Hope you get rid of them, they are a real pain in the butt. Happy New Year
Yeah for sure that makes sense. I plan on getting some traps and poison but with an open field right by the lawn it’s going to be tough to keep them out.
Happy new year to you too.
@@TheLawngestYard Yeah I played nice, caster oil, smoke, sonic spikes...in the end death was the only way to get rid of them. I do still use stuff around the perimeter of my yard as my neighbors have them, and I'm not about to let them invade again lol
@@UrbanDadLife2024 definitely! Once you have them out of there you gotta keep them out. Well that just means I gotta get lethal in the spring haha
Quick question... What's the name of the poison you use in the PVC bate... I have see something call Ramilk.... ?
@Gelo202 it’s Mike max from Home Depot. I think the main ingredient is Castor oil.
Thank you =D
Oh yeah! They are awesome tools.
Good video!
I have a small lot so hopefully this will work before goong on to the poison trap.
…and beautiful property you have. 👍
Yeah thank you. Give it a try. This spring I’m thrilled to say there is no sign of them in the lawn. Good luck 🍻🍻🤜🤛
I subscribed bc I like the RUclips handle -
Heck ya!!! Dad pun you know. You a Sandler fan too?
It help BUT
ITS SUPER EXPENSIVE
And the container is only half filled.
The spray with the water hose is also good at least for moles
Yes you’re right about it being expensive and the bottle is half filled.
Is it safe to use straight in a vegetable garden?
That’s a good question. I would have to read the back of the box again. It’s safe for turf so I would guess it would be fine for an established garden
What about birds hawks etc.
Hopefully the birds and hawks get the mice haha.
How do you stop them returning
You can repeat the process yearly if you notice them coming back
You can def see a tunnel at 1:47. I am assuming it was in the summer?
Yes you’re correct! They were there for a long time. Lot of tunnels
@@TheLawngestYard thanks! I think I saw one outside in my yard. Can’t tell if it’s a mouse or a vole but I set up a bunch of traps where I think could be their burrow. No holes, no tunnels to date. I just noticed the little one 2 days ago so it’s probably very recent.
Ah I see... that's good that you don't have tunnels yet. I think you can use the product that I used as a "just in case" as well. Feel free to throw it around your perimeter and keep them away.
@@TheLawngestYard sadly they don’t sell it in Canada! I had to set up the good old traps…
Oh no.... thats a bummer. Hopefully the traps work for you!
What I want to know is how to keep them from coming back?
Good question. Keep applying this product spring and fall and it will keep them away
Or buy an owl
So would it help keep voles away if you aerated your lawn consistently
Great question. You would still need to add this to drive them out of your lawn. That would help though
What if we just dig then throw the repellent all up in the tunnels?
I think the problem there is that they’ll just dig new tunnels.
Oh yeah that will work great too.
Yes that’s true. You have to keep up on the treatments
Please the repel all works on deers but not voles
It doesn’t work on your voles?
@@TheLawngestYard hell no! Them mofos tore up my hostas and made a playground in the creeping phlox on my hill! That repell all is a joke to them. Again, not to the deer and rabbits, but the voles apparently laugh at it
@@pepercat17 Dang that's not good to hear. Have you found a better solution?
@@TheLawngestYard not yet. Today I will go and fill the holes 🕳️ with dirt. I poured more repell all on them this morning, cuz I can’t return it 😒. I want to get these sonic solar things that put off a sound they don’t like apparently.
I have voles too. I have tried the sonic solar things and they did not work, as a matter of fact there was evidence of them in the same area. I found a couple of videos that seem to be the most effective... I'm trying both methods... ruclips.net/video/mR0Iz9qMzl0/видео.html ruclips.net/video/8hrmteYwCtI/видео.html @@pepercat17
$14.97 now at my HD
That’s not bad… did you use it too?
Yes, but I would need at least 10 popbably more for my acre
This idea kills hawks and owl
