People often ask me if the depression, low mood, melancholy... will ever go away completely. Here's some thoughts or my experience with that.

Hi Tanja. This is a very moving video. I am in one of those low and dark tunnels at the moment, with many life choices challenging me. I just feel too much for anyone and for the world at the moment. Please keep your beautiful videos coming. They touch me a lot, and it is so beneficial to see someone else dealing with CPTSD. At the moment, its dark tendrils are grabbing at me and trying to suffocate me, and my inner critic's voice is hurling abuse. I will fight it ❤

Keep in mind that sometimes "flighting it" is what fuels that inner critic
