    I have been doing it since May 12 on alternate days. It is 14 July now. I can split upto 80% . Don't lose hope guys. It takes time. Keep the effort going!

    Hi Afjal vai...Main Bangladesh se hun...aur mujhe exercise karna bahut pasand hain...aur full spit toh meri dream thi...main apka vider 5 week pehela dekha tha...aur i am so excitied to tell you that i am successful in it today...bass 5 week main hi main full spilt kar paya...aur to aur meri legs bahut strong ho geye hain....main hu to ladki prr mujhe muscular body ka shook hain iss lya main diffrent tarha ki exercise karti hun.....bahut jaldi meri Army ki traning hain so i am getting ready for that...and unknownly you helped me a lot...and sorry agar likhne main galti hui ho to...i am just a biginner in Hindi...Thanks again

    Amazing tutorial I have tried these excersize and stretch and now I am able to do full split after 28 days
