I take a nap almost everyday around 2:30-3:00 PM and I’m 36. It’s natural to go through highs and lows in your day... It’s your Circadian rhythm. Especially with all these zoom meetings and extra responsibilities this pandemic has caused... And it’s a double whammy for us Introverts! Chile, I need my naps! 😩😂

I've always hated naps. It takes me forever to fall asleep, so I can never be in and out of bed like you're supposed to be. If I ever do fall asleep, I wake up feeling disoriented.

Listen catnaps and ur valuable 8-10 hours of sleep at night is so precious and u don’t really understand how much it really s help once u realize the difference in mood , motivation and just attitude towards ur peers and people u care about ! It truly does make a difference
Most of the time breaks makes it harder to stay together. Too many times, one or both start seeing other people and it creates problems.
There was some perspective missing on breaks during the relationship or marriage. 2 people have a big fight or maybe someone offended the other. Something big enough to break a relationship or the trust. But because they love each other, they dont breakup outright but one gives the offending party the space to make things right while taking themselves out of the toxic relationship. Thats a break. They just dont call it that.

I can’t take naps.... I’m such a light sleeper and I struggle falling asleep at night, you want me to struggle to take naps too? Nah, for me to a nap, I have to be really tired, like exhausted. I also feel like I miss out in the day... like when I do take naps and I wake up so confused and I think “what time/day is it” and “man I missed dinner?” 😭

Breaks are not real, lol I don’t believe in breaks. It’s selfish, it’s cool if you have to figure whatever out but it’s selfish to keep the other person on hold, why you do it.

Taking breaks can go either way but In my opinion it never goes well it seem that usually during breaks something happen that if you do get back together will cause problems like a baby are new feeling etc !!!!!

About napping. The reason why babies and elderly people nap is because they’re not on anyone’s clock. But anyone with free time can stay up all night listening to Evelyn Champagne King, and sleep all day and miss his favorite show... But on some old ish thank god for this.

Breaks are for cowards with no backbone. Say, we’re broken up and that’s it. If you happen to get together, then super! But then you gotta define what is ok and what is not. And then if someone doesn’t exactly follow the “break rules”, then they can say “we were on a break”, but you will still feel like they played you. So what is the point?!?
