  • Welcome to Sydney Cycling. Today we are taking a mixture of Sydney Cycleways and on-road paths on five different bridges. The bike path starts at Gladesville and finishes at the amazing and iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. For those who don't know, there is a dedicated cycleway along the western side of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and an amazing sight.
Sydney Cycleways consist of some great separated bike lanes and shared path roads that the whole family can ride. The first section has some on-road areas but along quiet streets. The majority of the ride can be done via a cycleway or shared bike path. The bridges we will be cycling today are listed below:
    1. Gladesville Bridge
    2. Iron Cove Bridge
    3. Anzac Bridge
    4. Pyrmont Bridge
    5. Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The total length of todays cycle route is around 10km but there is some elevation at Gladesville and Rozelle. I hope you really enjoy this video. Please subscribe as I will be uploading more Sydney Cycling rides and will try to cover more of Sydney's bike lanes and great rides.
Also please feel free to comment below if there are any particular bike routes you would like to see or have any other suggestions.

thank you so much for the video! I just got a bike to commute (Canada bay to marrickville) the other week but I was curious how to bike to town hall since I've only ever bussed it so this was super helpful. Maybe you could do a video on biking in the inner west as well :^)

Awesome vid Mate! I'm new to cycling here in Sydney and I noticed you dont have bike bells but others told me it is required. Is it required?

Thanks mate. I do have a bell. It's the silver thing upside down on my bar hahaha. Not sure if it's a legal requirement. But certainly helps in Sydney. Thanks for watching!

you say that e scooters are illegal in n.s.w , but you ran a red light and you also were doing 30kph in places on the bike paths, that too is illegal in dirty new south wales, no wonder i left it years ago, too many rules and a nanny state.

The google spy is getting smarter because I was recommended this video today, and I rode through the first 4 of these bridges just a few days ago.
