All people who ride bikes in Sydney would know and agree with what you said re traffic light prioritisation. Seems bike riders are way down the list yet the government and council keep saying they want to encourage cycling. Do it by providing safe infrastructure with increased priority at traffic lights over fossil fuel burners otherwise the infrastructure will go unused if it's quicker to go another route without traffic lights.
Fantastic video. Who was that clown in the black 4X4, cut across from the left, as you were approaching Druitt Street ? 🙈 So many sets of lights ! 🙉 Strange that, especially in these times of disabled awareness, there's a flight of stairs, no ramp, other end of the bridge ! Ride on my "bucket list !" 😄 Best wishes from "Infected" UK
I was going to ask if this was filmed during the pandemic because the whole city felt kind of empty and quiet. But it says you filmed it in March 2019 so this was before the pandemic. Where are all the people? I don't remember my hometown feeling so empty and quiet like this...
Can I know what app you are using to navigate? Your route is fairly long but most of the time you are not in the middle of the traffic which is so good for a biker!
I'm not using an app. Just good at hunting these down on aerial and remembering. But City of Sydney has a pdf map here: (www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/explore/getting-around/cycling/sydney-cycling-map). And I've put together a map for inner-Melbourne here: (twitter.com/MelbourneWay/status/1264482819209703424?s=19).

I've felt safe and secure riding on the separated cycleway in the CBD. great video, well done 👍
Fun seeing Sydney from Prospect, Kentucky, USA. Thanks!

It’s so peaceful with the sound of the chain
How many km in total is this cycle path?
The CBD should be car free. There is no need to drive a car into the CBD, unless you are disabled or are a lorry picking/dropping good off.
Awsome...i would like you to post more such video...don't give up....keep it up
Great video. I cycle along on my exercise bike 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent video of one of the most hostile bicycle riding cities in Australia. 🚲😃👍
I’m seeing allot more cyclists now on the roads. Means the infrastructure is finally starting to get better. Plenty of room for improvement though!
