Thanks for making this video! However, it made me wonder - interesting if the Kymco Xciting 250 is the same .. or are there some differences .. and would it be possible to change the belt without removing the clutch?
It's my pleasant my friend to help everyone with every way..i don't think that want to remove the clutch to change the belt.. But it needs to remove the rollers plate for remove the old one to put the new. It's the same for all kind of Moto, scooters and for all the manufacturers. It is standard.. You must follow this precision..
La siguiente vez que abras la cubierta de aluminio de la transmisión, recuerda poner una gotita de aceite en cada uno de los 2 casquillos de centrado. Esto hace que sea mas facil su extracción. saludos!!

Hi friend. I changed the belt on my Xciting 500 and now the bike does not reach top speed. The RPM's max out at 8k and I can not pass 140. Used to do 160 with the old belt before it snapped. Any suggestiongs on what I need to do to fix this issue???? Thnx :)
Hello my friend also. Maybe belt isn't sit in the right position or you don't put something correct. Other reason is the sliders or the clutch maybe something doesn't work correctly. It can't have issue from the belt whatever manufacture belt is. A have change 2 belts since i buy the xciting 500 , the brand was bando and all works fine. But it needs care when remove the pieces of transmission and put them back in the right order
@@xcitingrs-XcRs I did not work on the bike, I brought it to a mechanic. I might have to inspect the new belt and see if something is missing. Thank you very much.
#darkshein# hello my friend and welcome ☺️. The answer in your question about clutch pads is that is not compatible the 250 with 500 Xciting pads because is way bigger than 250. The transmission is completely different in these 2 engine strokes..I have a proposal for you if you want to find original parts OEM from Kymco follow the link a pin up to the informations..

Γειά σου φίλε μου κ σε σένα. Πρώτα πρώτα όπως το περιγράφεις καλό είναι να τσεκαρεις το φίλτρο αέρος. Γιατί όπως λες μόλις το αφαιρέσετε δουλεύει καλά. Προσοχή όμως δεν τό αφήνουμε να δουλέψει χωρίς φίλτρο γιατί θά πάει σκουπίδακι στην τροφοδοσία κ μετά έχουμε αλλά θέματα.. Τσεκαρετε όλα τά φίλτρα όπως τής βενζίνης κ τό καρμπυρατέρ αν έχετε ευκαιρία
Very simple..The plastic covers outside have some simple bolts. The aluminium cover inside its the same, you only need to have a plastic hammer to give a soft touch around for open
Άλλαξα λεμο καλμπιλατερ και από τότε κάπου κάπου αργεί να πάρει μπροστά αλλά αν πάρει μετά όσες φορές και να το βάλω μπροστά περνει χωρίς κανένα απολύτως προβττη παίζει
@@xcitingrs-XcRs θα το ρυθμίσω και θα δω...από μπουζί παίζει να το κάνει η από τρόμπα βενζίνης??? γιατί αυτά θα άλλαζα αύριο δεν έμεινε και κάτι άλλο να αλλάξω
@@mpamphsxalkias8233 όλα είναι πιθανά. Αν είχα το μηχανάκι μπροστά μου θά μπορούσα να σου πω με σιγουριά. Πιθανόν κ τό μπουζί να παίζει το ρόλο του αλλά σίγουρος δεν μπορείς να είσαι. Τώρα για τρόμπα βενζίνης θά είχες θέμα εν κινήσει σε άνοιγμα του γκαζιού. Θά είχε κομπιασματα θα έκανε πολλά περίεργα. Έχεις κάποιο τέτοιο θέμα?

Άλλαξα λεμο καλμπιλατερ και από τότε κάπου κάπου αργεί να πάρει μπροστά αλλά αν πάρει μετά όσες φορές και να το βάλω μπροστά περνει χωρίς κανένα απολύτως προβττη παίζει
Μήπως θέλει ρύθμιση τό καρπυρατερ? Για να έχει σωστό μείγμα ώστε να έχει ομαλή εκκίνηση?
