Please show us how to make vlookup formula for the transmuted initial grade. It is very tedious to write the equivalent grade if you have 50 students.

Yes, will do that. Indeed, in the actual job, you will need the VLOOKUP formula for automatic transmutation. Most downloadable DepEd grade sheets have those embedded VLOOKUP formulas on the spreadsheet. I will upload a sample soon. Thanks.
