If someone is ok putting the person they love through a living hell....why would any of us want them back? The jist is....they put themselves first and above all of our hourly pain.
I agree. But they probably think they don’t love you “in that way” anymore. It’s more complicated than that but you are right in that what they have been willing to put you through should be considered in terms of whether to take them back or not.

I think some men just dont want, or cant be in a relationship. It's from stuff they been through all their life. Maybe the dumper just couldn't commit, and left, before things got too too intense. That's what happened to me. They just couldn't commit.

@@natester2617 okay! So here is what happened. I stayed away from any contact with her for nearly 6 months. Initially it was hard not to contact, but later slowly you get use to it. Basically after the no contact you’d easily accept either outcome. These 6 months actually helped me to get somewhat neutral with her, which really helped at the time of actual contact. So when I tried to contact her by sending a text message after 6 months. And Then I waited for 3 days for any text back. Well….it was pin drop silence from her end. Then I realized that it’s over. She held her iron Will of not reconciling with me. So it was a lot easier for me to get over her, bcoZ of that no contact phase. That’s why I didn’t beat myself up for it. As the time passes by, you come to the realization that you don’t live for people who are not meant to be together. Initially your mind would not accept the fate bcoz that how we’re wired. But only time heals and you move on. How long it’s been for you since she broke up with you? I hope everything goes well with you

I guess she felt suffocated because I wanted to get closer but she was losing emotional attraction due to our constant arguing, but the memories and times we shared were like no other. Even when we broke up, she told me she loved me, etc. She didn’t want it to end the way it did, but she really needed that time and space, so that’s what I’m going to give her. I’ve never been in so much pain before but I’m trying my best to work on myself during this no contact period. I really do believe if it was meant to be, love always finds it’s way back. Its been six months now since she pulled the rug from under my feet. I'm still heartbroken but these videos are such a help. Thank you needed this. It's only been 2.5 months since the breakup but only 5 weeks since I've stuck to no contact. It feels like FOREVER...some days. Now I understand. It's been 1 month since we broke up and no contact since. I dug my own grave by texting her something about a common interest and phrased it so it didn't require a response. And what a coincidence...5 minutes after sending that fateful text I ran into my ex as I was leaving work (I opened the door and she was there about to walk in) and the interaction wasn't optimal. I maintained a calm and smooth tone asking how she was, she quickly said "good and you?" and hurried in through the door. Text was ignored. She was not ready. You live and you learn. Thanks Coach.

I also like the fact that Coach Lee doesn't swear or use profanity in his videos. I have seen other No Contact videos, and the person cursed a lot. Even though that youtuber made sense, or had an interesting tale to tell, their F bombs made me cringe. Also Coach seems to have a background in psychology, which makes his videos comforting.
Coach Lee- as desperate and insecure as I've shown my ex to be the past 3 months thanks to your videos I've began reexamining myself the past 5 days. Her and I were as close as 2 people could be on all levels of attraction however her emotional connection dropped. That said, the few times I've gone no contact shes reached out a day or 2 later. Weve never taken space nor have I begged or pleaded- yet I've definitely been annoying at times when I fall into moments of trying to skirt myself back in. But on top of that I've been the person shes relied on and says constantly no ones loved me like you nor cares what's best for as you do... in other words, I've definitely clung- and she cant be alone. Even so- I nearly thought she was gone after last week. But then I sent the clean slate message and today we had a nice lunch... she bailed on the breakfast we had planned then it seems because I didnt overreact at all she comes back an hour later and says hows lunch sound? Much like all times weve gotten together (once maybe twice a month since Nov) the comfort and chemistry ignites on certain levels. But I often set myself back via too much text (much like this one HA!)...but she now sees I've just realized the changes I truly need to make for myself and the work I'm doing. I am entering into no contact as of today. Her and I came together when I was at rock bottom. She loved me in full but I never realized she became my sense of purpose. For myself I'm now rediscovering the charm... after today her last memory of me for now will be someone owning the fact and taking action to fix his swagger. Not externally but within. We broke up because we both wanted to work on ourselves and improve our own circumstances with the intent to stay close and pursue again when timing was more in favor. My actions have done more harm than good in that shes at this time concluded we couldnt have a future together if I'm not strong within. But shes also reasonable and knows me prior to the rock bottom state I was in when she entered my life.

No Nutz No Glory I don't agree either . My dad and mom separated for YEARS after high school and came back together, got married , and had children. It's all about timing . I've been broken up with my boyfriend for 4 months and I'm not rushing it . We both need to be worked on .

We broke up in December, but she said she wanted to see if we could fix things... a month later she said she was done. I made a lot of the mistakes I shouldn't have made. She moved from Cali to Texas for us to be together and before that we constantly came back in each others lives. I started no contact this week and hoping and praying it works. My ex reached out after month and a half of no contact on a Wednesday. Told me he missed me and made a mistake. Called me that night to talk and the next night and asked to get together on Sunday. Friday no call and Saturday vague texts. Aye. After me and my ex broke up after five years, after the first two weeks where I tried to phone twice to no reply, I went into no contact. Broke it twice during the first two months by sending a text, apologizing for being caught up in work and maybe not giving her the attention she wanted. Real NC starts now. I told her all there needed to be said - that we had a good thing together throughout the years, we were best friends on top of partners, and always supported each other through work, health and financial issues, apologized for the long hours in my last project and the stress and anxiety they caused which spilt over to the relationship, and that I'm working hard to fix this flaw in myself.
Cannot do more than that. These two months have been pure hell. NC starts now and maybe the things Lee speaks about come to her mind.

All the coach says is true. 2 weeks of NC, she told me she is not ready to even talk with me as friend, but she told me "I'm not telling you that we will be 1 year without talking, just want to heal. Maybe it's not our time but who knows in the future when we are more mature". It hurts, but I won't break NC and keep you posted.

My ex doesn't seem relieved at all, he just seems very sad and depressed. First he was just angry at me and accusing me for the breakup, maybe he still is... He reached out after 5 days of no contact just to ask how I was. At first I was excited that he messaged me but then I realized he only did it because he was feeling bad, not because he changed his mind or because he really missed me. I replied and we had a short convo but very casual. So back to NC.

Don't get me wrong I do miss my ex 7 years is a very long time to spend with someone there are soooooooo many memories. I'm actually shocked that she does not feel any loss or remorse for what she did because those memories we shared came from both of us. We could not have had these memories without each other.
She must have ice in her veins for her not to miss me.

My girlfriend broke up with me after almost 6 years 2 weeks ago...12 days of no contact so far and this shit sucks, but you're right...no contact makes you kinda hate that other person. Helps you get over it. Of course it's been not too long for me but still, I'm so fucking pissed that she hasn't reached out yet - and that anger makes me want to hate them and actually helps to cope with it for now. Don't reach out no matter what. He still needs to be the one who initiates the conversation because it was him who left. Don't look for him.

Been in NC 40 days after a very emotional (but not mean or out of control, stalkerish) reaction to the breakup. I feel like she is probably in a grey area between relief and curiosity. Given how close we were she probably still thinks I might reach out and chase soon. She’s probably already confused that I haven’t (pattern disruption). But I’m giving her her peace and sorting out my mental health. There’s no chance I reach out to her until I am in a healthy place mentally

Ive been in situation where i was dumped by my ex because i couldnt meet her parents on the very day she wanted, i was sick and we had arguments and after 4 days she break up with me, im losing myself that time as if the whole world is falling apart, but because of you coach, my life starts getting better and better and im starting to see angles that i couldnt saw before. Thank you very much sir.
We broke up in the end after on and off. But amazingly i could move on like super quick. Ive developed that talent because of coach

I reached out after 2.5 months of no contact. She was receptive but all it did was validate her. The next day she deleted our picture from FB. Wtf?
What if you had to break up with them because of something they did ? Like a relapse ? And you had to break up because if you stayed it would only bring you down emotionally? But you broke up with them being in love with them , it’s hard moving on when you still love them , but breaking up with them is the best thing you can do for yourself 😞

Being in recovery for a year now from alcohol and a broken heart, I hear what you are saying. I however was the other party you are talking about. Best thing my ex did was break up with me over a year ago. Honestly gave me the ability to dive deep I to my addiction and reshape my thiught process, coping skills and let me hit my dark night of the soul. Although it hurts, but there is something to be gained through going through pain and suffering. It allows is to either really take the path of the wounded healer or the nurotic sufferer, finding the medicine in the wound.
If you are still in no contact with your addicted ex and you still have space in your heart for them, people do and can change. IF THEY are serious about their recovery and wanting that change, not for you but for themselves first, I would say reach out and see where it's at. Ultimately it is up to you, but maybe you breaking up with them could have made them vecone the best version of themselves. Good luck and I'm sorry you had to experience the other side of addiction and its terrible hold it can have on people!

@@deepakarotiya yea after breakup and applying no contact quite a few things happened from his side i never initiated any contacts, recently even on holi he texted me to wish, which i asked him already not to, on any occasion,at the time of finally leaving him on his wish to breakup, it was like i told him(its ok u want to breakup fine, but don't ever contact me no matter what be it birthdays or any other spcl day, if u really want me to move on) on this last text he didn't reply.. So he tried to contact me quite a few times since we broke up and i started no contact, our break up happened on last year Nov, 11.. It is a long story so if you really want to know what exactly happened we can connect over any social media if u are comfortable, i can send u his screen shots, or other wise i would just say, no contact does make them contact u 95% of the time bcoz they do miss u.. And will find ways to contact u but that doesn't necessarily means they want u back, i couldn't tell u the whole thing here bcoz it is difficult to make someone understand without exactly seeing things through screen shot that he texted post breakup, they were long conversations..

Coach Lee...I've been in NC for about 2months, everything has played out almost exactly like your videos describe, the stages, the signs (almost everyone mentioned in all videos) - the whole lot, we are in regular contact, and have been intimate recently, I never initiate and follow NC, we haven't really had "that conversation" and just keep it lite when we communicate - HOWEVER...he still speaks about the future without references to me being part of it. I'm so confused x

A lot of the comments are of people who got their ex back. There are thousands of comments to go through though. I have a lot of testimonials as well. Nothing is guaranteed but statistically this is your best chance.
I am realizing while in no contact, that he is really expecting me to contact him. Arrogant man that he is and low self-esteem as well. It's not going to happen. I'm better than that. He has all his stuff here, but I don't care. Just don't care anymore.
The most important thing for a man is to be in much better shape than when you broke up and it goes without saying that the time you were not together you took care of your work related shit. Wearing clothes that resemble your age and overall status never hurts. If you do these, everything will be ok. Btw if you have done all these you might wanna think about why you want your ex back.

I didn't watch any videos when I split with the wife. We have been married for 23 years we have 4 kids and a grandson. I suffered depression and pushed her away for the last 2 years. I never meant too but I did. I also didn't listen to her when she tried to help. She has had the last 6 months to process the split. She wanted to sit and talk and I was too scared so I walked out. I was hoping she would ring me to come back and she never did. I panicked and started to beg for forgiveness and asked why we couldnt work it out. She seemed relieved it was over. Like I say for the past 4 weeks I have done everything opposite to your advice. Will no contact still work now or is it too late. I adore this women but she is adamant it's over. Gutted just doesnt cover it

Day 13 of NC. No word from her. We broke up on February 10th. But I would reach out to her at least once a week or every 10 days, and every time I reached out it seemed like she was still in the relief period. And hadn't moved at all. Telling me she wasn't over me and would always love me but she wouldn't get back together with me. So I went back into no contact thirteen days ago. We have never gone this long without speaking to each other and we have never gone for this long without seeing each other. The longest we had ever gone without seeing each other was 2 weeks and it's now been 2 months. I'm worried she's moved on.

I know it's coming down to the wire was no contact for about 5 months she called once in a while while no contact but a week ago she texted me about devorce papers I said bring them over I'll sign. She texted me saying you aren't even fighting for us. I was probably too honest and said everything I tried pushed you farther away after that she didn't respond anymore and said nothing to me because I said to let me know when she has the papers and bring them to me to sign. She quit texting me it's been a week no contact.
My ex did reach out to me after NC BUT he just wanted to be friends so reaching out does not necessarily mean they're ready to get back together but it definitely means they're missing you a lot and NC is weakening their resolve.

Thank you - mine dumped me in an instant as I found out something he did on our break and told his mates, I called them all in a fit of rage and shamed him. He told me to eff off and threatened me with an AVO if turned up to his house! I miss him.

When the breakup first happened I did beg for approx. three days. Then I went no contact and couldn't make it past 6 days without him reaching out.
Then he asked to talk - I went to his house and he wanted to "give it another shot".. Three days later there was a big blow up about a meme I re-posted online and he changed his mind. I went to our house we had just got together... on a Friday to get some things (he told my dad this was ok) and he was very rude. I barely recognized him.
Then I went full no contact and he reached out after 16 days. "I bet you've moved on"
I responded 11 hours later. and he went silent again. This past weekend I sent him a msg about where I stood and the changes Ive made and we talked all day and it was fairly good. He said "you obviously have someone youre talking to. Youre putting a timeline on me saying youll move on unless I give you an answer now"
I explained I wasn't putting a timeline on anything.. then we continued talking that whole day. Joking around with each other etc.
Have not heard from him since.
Is this normal?
You need to stick to the 30 day no contact even if he contacts you
Awesome video I gave up on my ex because I gave her a year time and even after that year she still says like I wish we dated in like another 2 years which showed me she valued the relationship very little. Show me that my disability played a factor in her decision
