great update folks, nice to see you and hear what you've been up to. like most folks on here we follow multiple sailing channels and yours is the only one that remotely tempts us to buy a boat and commit to the lifestyle. if you're not circumnavigating it's hard to pick on a spot where you'd like to base your boat, looks like you've focused on a good destination. looking forward to more updates when you're back aboard, I know you don't have the most viewers out there but please keep them coming, they're the highest quality.
Love the view from your mountain home.(And the very important covered stairs to the street!). I am looking forward to ski season at Crystal Mountain. I appreciate, so much, your sailing adventures on such a cool boat :)
It's great to see you two again. And my absolute favorite part of your media bits (vlogs, podcasts, etc) is your candid wrestling with life, the high's and low's, attempting to scratch below the surface, reaching to the undercurrents of life, hustling to draw fulfillment from achieving goals while realizing during a hike in Tahoe with Stephan that the goal is in the now, gathering not achievements but rather experiences with oneself and one another in the present along the way. If you figure out the right balance between Sisyphus' hustle of pushing the stone uphill and the presentist mindfulness of Taoism, please let me know.
It's a pleasure to catch a glimpse of your adventures through an update video during your break from the sea. It sounds like you've both been busy honing your unique talents. Stephane's Outremer Online Community page from what I could see looks like a gem, adding tremendous value to an already impressive brand. Everything I've heard about Outremer is fantastic, from the brand, boats and support. You guys are so generosity and gracious to share your journey, insights, and sailing experiences through this channel, your website, and your podcast. It's refreshing to find such a blend of learning and entertainment, all without a hint of sales pitch or selling magic wiffle dust. Your book project intrigues me and is now on my Kindle which will get read soon. Don’t miss a single moment, but do keep pushing forward to avoid the old from setting in. You're still far from that point age wise, but time has its way. Looking forward to the next chapter of your adventure!
I have been binge listening to your podcast in your RUclips absence. Were y'all affected by any wild fire smoke during your stay? I think it has finally cleared up here in SE Idaho.
Good to see Both looking relaxed and rested! Lovely spot! Thru panama? Would you go west from there or north to california/pnw/alaska? etc? Friends did that during covid ( last yacht thru canal) despite the doom and gloom of sai!ing North they had no issues that ' conventional 'wisdom say can't be done. but I guess you know, that coast though??? Cheers warren
Stairway to heaven😊

Thank you so much for your kind comments!
Well said. Keep rolling the stone uphill but be mindful to sit and take it all in along the way.
Ahh, love Tahoe, your place looks amazing
