Last night we cooked your Bangladesh bhuna gosht with beef and it was outstanding! I posted a photo on Facebook and a friend asked if there were any leftovers, so two more joined us tonight for leftovers and I made your Bombay Aloo to make it go further... They complained about not being able to eat any more, so once again you are the best!!
I love hearing your soft-spoken voice! Usually, you have to raise your voice over the kitchen fans and sounds, but here you get to be calm and quiet. It's very relaxing! :) I love paneer, and this recipe looks delicious. Definitely will try. Thank you!
Fantastic Paneer Jalfrezi recipe, looks beautiful, nice flavor absolutely delicious, mouthwatering, I really enjoyed watching your presentation, love it and have wonderful day ❤.
This is hands down the best curry i've ever cooked. Latif you are the master! Keep those recipes coming. That mustard at the end, what a gamechanger!!!
Just watched your Istanbul grill review before Latif, but figured that you’ll only reply to comments on more recent videos. So, on the topic of Middle Eastern restaurants in Manchester, go to ‘Jasmine’ in Chorlton… the food is amazing. The kebabs, homemade pitta, hummus, and the fattoush salad 🤤🤤🤤
What great texture and colour in the dish too. Jalfrezi is my favourite but never had it with Paneer as I normally have king prawns so that is one to try. Thank you!
I appreciate the time, effort and passion you put into your food and videos Latif. I especially prefer the homemade, home style, non bir dishes you create. Could I ask a question that you may find a little trivial but to some it could be informative, the oil you use when frying, do you just get rid of it, or filter it through of any bits, and use again as seasoned oil? I would love to know your process, thanks again Latif 🙏🏻
I first tried a paneer jalfrezi via Gousto but I’m so happy I found this on your channel, this just looks like on another level. Gonna be trying it soon
Hi, could you do a written list including spices at the beginning please. I have to scan through the video to get the ingredients ready. Cooking this again for 7 tomorrow absolutely fantastic!!!5☆☆☆☆☆
Who needs meat when there are recipes like this? Awesome. One thing I always struggle with is "salt to taste" I'm not actually sure how this is done as my taste might be different than others and what I find acceptable might be over or under salted to others. Any tips? Maybe a short vid?
I live in Brisbane, Queensland Australia and love your channel. Lots of Indian / Asian stores, but NO cookware like you cook with. Please consider selling those deep fry pans with lid that you cook in. The design suits Indian cooking .I will be one of your first customers. Have to settle for a Tefal which does not have the depth.
Going to make this for my veggie friends next! Please create a dish for karela bitter gourd - it’s one of my favourite vegetables and I’m sad I never see it on menus! Btw you always say “I want to keep it simple for you guys at home”, but please do one video that is complicated… I love cooking and it really relaxes me to do something a little more challenging. I know the base gravy recipe you gave isn’t exactly the same one you use in your restaurant, and it’s a simplified version for us at home, but I’d honestly love you to do an exact recipe and one that is more challenging haha 👍🏻♥️
Never had a paneer jalfrazi but do like a chicken one , so will def give this one a try but will make it a little less heat as my daughter loves paneer curry but not the heat . Keep um coming fella great video
Latif all your recipe looks so delicious and you are a very good teacher I would like to have a recipe of veggie burgers please thanks and god bless you
Love your BIR recipes but not as much as your traditional Bangladeshi ones, I really appreciate the style of your videos. I’ve told my dad about them too and he loves them also. Thank you! 🙌🏼
Latif! I came here because I thought you were going to show me how to make paneer. Now I have to cheat on you and go find out from someone else LOL this is a good recipe though! Now I just need to know how to actually make the paneer instead of buying it!
AMAZING .......... my partner is constantly nagging me to make it again and again. Please can I make a request for a prawn Jingeri Johl if thats how you spell it ............. thanks in advance
I made this today and it was an absolute winner! Not a scrap left. My family said it was better than going to a restaurant 😊 Thank you so much for sharing and making the process easy to understand. Keep up the fantastic work. More veggie recipes please - thank you
