Seeing Dad and Son working together in this entire video was heartwarming. Hunter could have been off with friends but instead helped his dad repair the cargo trailer. Can't say much more.
Clint, you do a great job working with your sons. Kudos to you. I used to get frustrated with mine and expect that they knew everything I did. I notice that you explain things and why better than I ever did. Anyway keep up the great work with your young men and the equipment
@@C_CEQUIPMENT I think you should add the RUclips logo (not sure how that works )to your hauler, let people see the work you put in your equipment. They are bored while they are driving so they’ll check it out.
Glad to see you having your boy help out around the shop. That time together is not only valuable to him learning a bit of trade knowledge, but time spent with your family is golden, especially while they are young.
Great job Hunter catching the damage on the brake plate a problem is not always the most complicated thing being bad. Worked on Tower Cranes for 30 years and found out when a certain system didn’t work it was usually something very simple that caused the failure. And kudos to your dad for listening to you that’s how it’s suppose to work. Your dad is a very knowledgeable person about equipment I can see you are absorbing what he is teaching you listen and learn believe it or not it will make your life much easier and there will be next to nothing you won’t be able to fix yourself and won’t have to pay others to fix. God bless you and your family.
NO NO NO,,,don't quit, love all your work, "variety is the spice of life" I already saw Mrs C post of Hunter doing a great job in Casy racing!. I must be all over the space with your videos. I been watching your videos daily and still not seeing a re-run yet, HA!. What ever you-tube say to watch next I do. Great job as always. Love your work because your very simple, detail, and precise on what you do. PS, Hunter & Tucker are rock stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic to see father and son working together! Plus son doesn't need to look at a phone every 5 seconds or carry it in one hand and work with the other. Great job mom and dad. Thanks for sharing the trailer repair!
Trailer takes priority over auction junk every time. Got to love a trailer that big no matter what you use it for, big trailer big 3/4 ton truck pulling who could argue with that???
I appreciate the level of focus and attention that your son puts into the challenge and task that he takes on clearly the same way that you put in to being a master craftsman of your trade
I love this type of content, working with your sons. Farming, Fixing and Fabricating is another channel I watch because of all of Andy's content but especially the way he interacts with his kids. I never had that growing up. I know too many families whose kids just sit and play video games and get messed up then the cops are paying them a visit. You and your wife are doing a great job with your boys. We know that you got it from your parents just the way we have seen you and your father work together.
Hunter & Tucker , enjoy and take advantage of every minute that you spend with your Dad . You're very Lucky to have the opportunity to work with your Dad, what Caesar said .
Yep, I see C & C trailer shop in your future!!!😏😉😁 you a couple of pretty nice young men for sons sir. They seem to really have it together. Thanks for the ride along.
just a tip that works for me. I use dielectric grease inside all crimp connectors fills all of the air gaps and prevents moisture and corrosion. especially important wit multiple wires where heat shrink alone cant seal the voids between the wires. have a trailer ( I built) almost 3o years old with no electrical issues with the wiring. good videos Dave
I thoroughly enjoyed watching that video. Those days when you work with the boys are good days. You're a lucky man, and they are lucky boys to be able to help their dad out and earn their allowance. Keep em coming my friend.
It's great watching you work with your boys. They're gaining a valuable education and won't really realize that until they have kids of their own. Great video!
Great to see the boys "learning a trade"!:) We used to do vinyl graphics. All cut outs with the plotter. More than one color had to be overlaid. When we positioned the graphic we used some of the masking to make a hinge. You could position, apply the " hinge" then let the graphic hang while you peeled the backing and then work the viny with the squeegee. The printer is really sweet! Aren't you sick to death of all the crap that gets blamed on COVID!:(
I think this was an awesome Video, this lets us know that you are a family man and a good down to earth kind of guy, keep up the great videos! Thank you!
Great job, doing yourself you know it's done correctly. Working with family! Doesn't hurt having that awsome shop to work in. I'm jealous except for paying for it all.
Can't beat working with your own family, it feels like a better finish to the job your doing, when the family is involved, been an x sign writer i can see why the kids like the vinyl machines, i always have LOL
I'm chicken. I would have set that trailer on 8"x 8"'s stacked 4 high 10' long. Had a situation when I was 16. It involved a pickup, homemade ramps, and a driveshaft. Long story short -arms and shoulders were pretty tired waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up to block the tires. And B4 you something about the e-brakes, I'm in Northern MN and they don't make it past 1 yr up here. I fulfilled the mantra "if you're gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough" in my younger years. Ha
This is a great channel, I found it through dirt perfect and have been checking out all your back video's, great stuff, it's so good to see dad and son rubbing elbows on the same project so be delicate with him, great job . Cheers from Jacksonville Florida 🌞
@@C_CEQUIPMENT Those young MEN are growing up under the tutelage of two Great Parents . Really enjoyed this video ! Good to see a Parent investing in Quality Time with your Kids !
You have a very efficient shop with everything organized. You are a very knowledgeable man. I appreciate men like you. Your alot like my Dad was with me. He would explain how we were going to do something and get in there and work with you and teach me how to fix things the right way the first time. You do that with your son's. My Dad has been gone 5 yrs and there are times I still step back and look at things and think what he said or how would he have done it.
Really good job Hunter the sticker on the back will make the trailer look best in show. It will get your father a lot of business he should give you a raise.
Clint Buy two new rims and drop two of your good old tires on them. Plus put two hubs and bearings in Trailor. Reason dual axle. I had 1 extra on my trailor. I blew one tire and it shredded, ripped everything apart and blew other tire, and it shredded. To find both bearing overheated, cherry hot. Luckily I got off the side of road, yanked apart it all so it had no time to seize itself.. I only had one set extra. Put it on and limped to nearest exit. Sucky part, I had extra at home, but had to buy new stuff . Could a saved me the headache if I had the other one.
Glad they gave u to new axle s the drop axles aitn.t cheap the tire wear for only 7ooo miles looks might be out of square take to a truck frame alightmeant they can get it right good vidii
I hope I can be as patient with my son when he’s older as you are with yours. Yours do a great job and seem to be great help in the shop. Keep up the good work.
Well I think what you're saying does with his graphics and stuff is pretty cool cuz there's not very many people that take the time to do that anytime that you and your son are working together it's it's pretty awesome because a lot of people don't do that anymore
I know you’re being safe but seeing you under that trailer made my hands sweat. I can tell you’ve spent tons of time showing your boys how to work because your son moves with a purpose, he’s not walking around with his head in the clouds. Great video. 👍🏻🇺🇸
Nothing wrong with the C&C Trailer shop reopening every once in a while. Especially when it’s a family project. That large format vinyl system is fantastic. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Center of the axle tubes took a kit causing them to toe inward. Happened to one of our skid trailers when a semi tire blew right new to me. Went under the trailer and smoked the front axle. Camber can happen from overloading the trailer a few to many times. Dump trailers are Notorious for bending axles.
NOT a trailer shop and NOT a tire shop… got it Clint!
😁
@@C_CEQUIPMENT I'm going to anticipate these trailer videos as much as "Dirt Perfect Towing & Recovery is back in business!" 😅

Love to see the boys dirt racing and with Mrs C with the commentary
Clint, Nice job working with your son. Your compliments to your son when he's working with you represents the way a father should be!
