FUJIFILM X-T4 FIRMWARE 1.01 | How To Update Fujifilm Firmware On Your Mac

Hello Epic People,
It has been a little over a week since I got my X-T4 and Fuji released a firmware update ver.1.01.

In this video, I will show you how to update your firmware using a Mac. Unfortunately, I already updated my X-T4 before the video to test, so I will be updating one of my lenses. The firmware update process is the same on Fuji cameras/lenses.

Nice video, short and straight to the point. I can state from experience the firmware update from the Cam Remote app is also buggy. I just had that experience trying to update my X-series camera for the new FUJIFILM XApp. The Cam Remote app said the firmware was up to date which was not correct. Downloading from the Fuji website to an SD card is far more reliable.

It does not work on either of my 2 Macs (both versions are 10.15.7). When I download I keep getting "There is no application set to open the document" and cannot load into the Mac. Any thoughts. Thanks

If using computer doesnt work, try using the mobile app. It looks like using the mobile app is pretty good these days.
