As a Mariners fan, I go for you guys. The only reason I hated the Rangers was because they were part of the AL West race that we ended up losing, but now, I return to the idea I had of the Rangers, they're a good team. So go out there and win it all.
Thank you. Both of us never won a WS so if you guys get in next year aside from us, I will be rooting for the Mariners.

Mariners will always be one of my second favorite teams. Love their culture and fan base. Houston on the other hand I don’t like how inflated their ego has become and how they don’t feel any guilt for cheating a World Series

Absolutely! I was at game 3 on Tuesday to see them close out the O’s and let me tell you… the stadium was electric!!! 🤠
The 2011 loss to the Cardinals was heartbreaking. We were one strike away from winning the series. To finally be back, is such a relief. Based on where all the analysts thought we should be this year, I feel regardless of outcome this was a successful season. But I am hoping for more wins than losses.

The rangers have done all this also with a top 5 farm system as well. Called up Evan carter a month ago who has been amazing. Just wait till Wyatt Langford is in the lineup next season
It won’t happen unless we get an injury. He will stay in triple A majority of the time. Outfield is crowded
@@frankievegafulJankowski was getting reps in LF before Carter was called up. We’re not as stacked as you think. Langford will force his way to the Bigs.
And the Astros have completely depleted their farm system. Their days on top of the division are numbered.
@@MikeAnnarosethat's been said for years now, and they STILL pop up with someone just as good if not better replacement from the minors. Astros still have a good amount of prospects and a huge amount of talent coming from Cuba is signed to the Astros. Built to last tbh

Forgot to credit one of the best managers in baseball, Bruce Bochy.
As an Astro fan, the moment y’all hired Bochy, and upgraded the pitching staff to go along with that already explosive offense, I knew they were going to be good. Actually more than good to the point where I actually watched them closely all year bc I knew they’ll be a threat to my Astros… Y’all have something special down there in Arlington…For real! Respect..👊
I saw the Rangers coming like how I saw the Phillies coming last year. This Rangers vs Astros ALCs will be quite a ride and would love for the Rangers to get to the WS but maybe in 6 or 7
And, had they not suffered the loss of their top 4 starting pitchers, 4 all-star position players THEY WOULD HAVE WON 110 games.
All of the players are back for the 1st time since May and all of the starting pitchers except Jacob DeGrom could be back soon.
John Gray and Max Schneider will be limited due to their injuries but may contribute.
That's why they're not just winning but smashing people exactly like they were at the beginning of the year.
When they lost 8 in a row and were swept by Houston, Corey Seagler, Adolis Garcia, Jonah Heim and the all star 3rd baseman did not play.
Nor did DeGrom, Gray, Eovaldi et al. This is a world series team with 4 vets between the age of 28 to 31...an experienced manager with HOF skills + 2 HOF quality pitchers.
They also have 6 phenomenal rookies, 5 all stars, Mike Madduz and will win the series.
If we didn’t suffer injuries from our top 4 pitchers as well as injury to ROY Josh Jung and all star Jonah Heim also if Ezekiel Duran didn’t fall off the face of the earth

I don't think many expected them to get this far, much less come in and sweep both 100+ win AL teams lol... I must admit it feels like a fever dream as a fan, but now it's hard mode down the line. I had to live through the heartbreak of "Game 6" all those years ago. I'm hoping my Rangers can finally get over the hump and win the World Series.
The Rangers are a good team but no, we were not wrong about them. They are a streaky team, we never know which team is going to show up. I guess this series against the Astros will show us. If the hot Rangers show up, the Astros have big problems. If the sucky Ranger team shows up, the Astros will kick their butts like they did in the last series. So the million dollar question is which team will show up?
The excitement is back. As a rangers fan for almost 50 years this is so gratifying and special. We need this. We've never won anything. Thank you God for blessing us. TRFFL!

I was wrong about the Rangers. I thought they were going to lose to the Rays and the Orioles. Because, I thought their Bullpen was going to fold.

The only question is, are the Rangers offense going to go cold again? If so, we have no chance due to the bullpen. We have to be up at least 2-3 runs in the 8th and 9th or maybe even more.
Yeah. The bullpen is the Achilles' heel. If the Astros can keep it competitive past 6 innings, they're going to take the ALCS
@@josephshrike3972the bullpen has improved with leclerc finding his stuff, the emergence of sborz and Bradford, martin perez and gray moving from starting to relief, seems like there something I'm missing, but the bullpen has been solid in the playoffs (minus Chapman though)
Any offense can get cold. It all comes to down to starting pitching

We've have been waiting for this matchup way too long. Too bad the Rangers have to go through the Astros who have owned them this year.
Feel like the Rangers like any other team got hot at the right time while other teams like the Mariners got cold at the wrong time. Let's just hope they don't pull a 2012 Tigers and 2011 Rangers and somehow fail.
