Why are you afraid a lawsuit by somebody judges now is full of shit? They would award attorneys fees and it would help fix all the backlash from the patronizing marketing and bad rule changes that have increased the injury rate and made pitchers stats artificially deflate

Why are you saying MLB forced him out? They didn't because they couldn't. Period
I make it very clear that he wasn’t technically “forced to retire”. However, they made his job a lot less enjoyable, and harder. It isn’t directly “Forcing him out”, but it is attempting to get him to retire.
They bought him out, it was still his choice, but they made it easy for him
