Less downforce on ovals with the modern cars, and the reconfigured TMS with less grip and banking on turns 1 and 2 are the two biggest contributing factors
I remember going to this race when I was a freshman in high school This race got now we got me into Indy cars in NASCAR at one time he got me into all sports And oh yeah ABC get rid of ESPN on ABC bring back ABC Sports

I was still less than three months from being born when this race happened, I missed a good race!
You missed a lot of cool IRL racing from 1999-2004 esp here at texas and Chicago when they went there too.
ILSRWY4 my parents went to a lot of these old races like Fontana, Michigan, and Kentucky pretty frequently.
