I wish I knew of this when I worked in a jail. It drove me crazy when guys would get locked up for criminal trespass with a $100 bond. Then they would put them on a mental health hold. They would be there for months.

I remember the first time I went to jail, over an old speeding ticket that was sent to an old address..literally 3 years had pasted and they arrested me and took me into holding for it smh lol I didn’t have the bond money that day($400) and they literally made me sit in jail all weekend over a 3 year old speeding ticket lmfao I was so pissed I cursed out every guard and the judge in my mind
its a corrupt system that needs to end

The story in the beginning sounds insane. So someone was arrested on a criminal complaint that was sent to the wrong house but was expected to stay in jail till he had a trail for a crime he didn't commit. If I'm understanding that correctly everyone one involved deservers horrible luck in life.
I heard it as a young guy gets a criminal complaint, but it was sent to the wrong address, resulting in him getting a warrant.
I guess well never find out what actually happened.
This one was commented on a few videos. The missed trial Daye resulted in a warrant and jail. No mention of the original transgression.

They didn't "send it to the wrong address" they probably sent it to the address on the dudes license. Chances are he never updated his address on his license when he moved so it got sent to the address on file. If so fact so, it is probably his fault.
