For my 10 year anniversary at work I chose this out of several different rewards. It's been 10 years now, and after using the heck out of this thing, I am just now replacing the plates. I also ordered the waffle plates, which I didn't even know was an option! If I don't want to use my outdoor grill, this thing does amazing with chicken breast, steak, hamburgers, and hotdogs. It also does a great job making panini or grilled cheese sandwiches! Such a versatile unit!
Sorry I wasn't aware of your RUclips page months ago, when I was (still am) looking to buy the Griddler. However, better late than never. Your GREAT review tipped the scales and convinced me to buy one. Keep up the FANTASTIC reviews.
Mine will thrill you! 3 knobs, one turns on, the other two are strictly for fun - you know turning knobs for a result is interactive and fun; well sometimes aggravating. Notice I didn't mention the "Off" knob - well, you know what they say about "Assume" ... Ass-u-Me. Yep it made an Ass out of me. The "Off" knob position is really a secret - until you discover it - Cremation / Incineration feature. The Cord is how you turn it off. Oh, back the the "Fun Knobs", they are cute, they even painted numbers on them to make you think they correspond to temperatures - they don't. Period. My daughter had a toy with a lightbulb in it that baked cookies years ago. Her toy worked, and wS much more fun.

What’s the difference between the two grill options?
One acts like a barbecue grill and one as a flat top stove
