@@danquaylesitsspeltpotatoe8307 I don't know. I have seen the originals he links to. And they definitely don't have the voice over and are longer. They have the details in the comments. But as far as the editing it's what comes up and I don't care enough to track every channel and every iteration of every video to see who did it first. So I suppose I am sorry and that sucks if someone else edited them, but I still like the voice over rather than having to pause to read the commentary.

Never had to do high speed chases like these. We did have people run from us, but most of these we lost sight of the vehicle, Ending chase. Most everyone STOPPED even drunks back then.

Time and money, plus there are five levels of certification. Under 35 mph, under 50 mph, under 100 mph, over 100 mph and finally a large vehicle pit maneuver. This is followed by the requirements of having a pit bumper and the correct size of vehicle. Then the knowledge that when you put a vehicle, 9 out of 10 pit maneuvers also take out the vehicle doing the pit. Therefore a department has to look at the overall cost of doing a pit maneuver and the cost of housing a prisoner, then they weigh that against how many people actually speed in such a way they endangered the life of others. To use Arkansas for an example, this is why most cities and towns only certify under 35 mph, but the state police certify over 100 mph. Hope this helps.

The blue Tahoe was the most perfect PIT I have ever seen. Absolute perfection. Not only did he hit the rear pass quarter, but he slowed just enough to hit the pass front to swing the Toyota back around and then hit the gas to get it off the highway to prevent collisions from on coming cars. I love this COP. I rewound this at least 8 times just to watch how he did it. AMAZING. This officer deserves a MEDAL.

Yes, but at the same time as Joe Biden, can’t remember what day it is every single police department can deploy stop straps that extend out of a troopers cruiser and wraps around the rear tires. Thus disabling the vehicle, without rolling it over or killing people, slamming it into a telephone pole or other vehicles But that would never happen because there is not enough damage to be had and there is not enough contrast to the point of actually stopping perpetrators in relation to stopping them without killing people and that is unheard of and therefore nobody wants to ever approve that because it will populate prison far too quickly And everybody also knows on the other side that prisons are privately owned and they are filled by judges, who somehow own company that does all the landscaping for the prison isn’t that convenient? The bottom line here people need to stop focusing on the result, and only focus on the fact that the people are not represented because the lobbyist in political fundraising or somehow legal, and they should not be because lobbyist and the money in relation to political fundraising dollars is exactly Rico illegal federal law, money, laundering And that law, and that set of laws was created to stop the mafia and the drug dealers from being able to move money in some sort of legal way but yet any politician can do it with a lobbyist and one event of political fundraising.
Can people actually focus for once please?
None of these results mean anything because the people are not represented to begin with.
Scream to illegalize, lobbyist and political fundraising.
Walk into every interstate highway carrying signs that say illegalize, lobbyist and political fundraising because that would actually have an effect instead of vagina Head, you tools
Of this country are just completely blind
The little topics matter until the people have representation, and that will never happen if political fundraising and lobbyist are allowed to exist, and I hope you paid attention in school to realize why that is true you Blind fools

What a brake test that was. After getting off the dirt road, I figured he'd look for another one, because he was better at driving on dirt than paved roads. In the end it seemed to have worked for him.

Auto theft should be a very serious crime. Back in the days they hung horse thieves for a reason. A person without a horse was as good as dead in the vast expanse of the West. I agree that the situation is nowhere near as dramatic or fatal as in the past, but stealing someone's car is still creating many serious issues for hard-working and honest people. Insurance claims always go against you. You may get a new vehicle but you will pay in the end, not the thief. If you can only afford liability, well, you already know. Example: some poor person working a minimum wage job gets his Honda Civic hotwired and stolen. Police give chase, there is a PIT or an accident, and the car is gone. That person just lost their only means of transportation. And nothing much happens to auto thieves. Most of the time the charges are reduced to UUMV (Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle). Add to aall this is an officer or innocent citizen is killed in the chase. Minimum ten years calender time, in my humble opinion. But that will never be. Too much money being made with the status quo.

Love some of the comments of the perps. "Why you do me like that, Why you hit my car." On the last video going down the dirt road, it was probably a good choice to terminate for officer safety. Better to stay safe and live to chase them another day with backup or just go to there home later that evening with backup and a warrant.

7:03 To answer your question (as a police officer), many agencies are limited in if or how they can pursue or attempt to stop vehicles. Many cannot pursue or may only do so under extreme circumstances. Many can not PIT but may use stop sticks or containment as a means to stop vehicles. We just have to work with what we're allowed to use.
