Hi John I used to visit My Khe beach with my family very often when I was younger . Beautiful trip absolutely gorgeous views. Enjoy your travels with your friend . Thank you for sharing John 🤗❤️
Another great video John, they are getting quite polished. I enjoyed this video in particular as I've been a few times and it was interesting to see some of these places again. I'm also Canadian, so I have no trouble understanding your accent!
Hai Van Pass also forms a boundary between the climates of northern and southern Vietnam. During the winter months normally from November to March, the weather on the north side of the pass might become wet and cold, while the south side might become warm and dry. During the winter months, you can sometimes experience the amazing phenomenon of cloud waterfall right at the bend near the top of the pass. It's surreal and unforgettable!
G'day John, Kellie and I relaxed on the couch & watched you feel good video & came away smiling & really appreciate the time & effort you put in for your subscribers. Sometimes we don't feel worthy. Love the new format & priceless information. Kellie wants to know if you are vegetarian I told her you are. Can you do another video on those famous Da Nang donuts you did a few years ago. Planning to visit in October 2025 for 4 weeks & hope to meet you & hang out with you together with Kellie. Great video Cheers Louis Kats & Kellie K 👍
Cool video, I like going outside to the non tourist areas also, I just ride and ride when I get there and Da Nang is always my favorite, Hai Van pass, I went over it 41 years ago, there was a big Monument up there, wonder if its still there, will ride up there this year, How Vietnam has changed since I was first there, Last time there as munitions on top and locals too scared to touch them, I disposed of them over the cliff for them, they were very grateful, back then, so much devastation so sad.
Hey John, just finished watching your very informative video on a number of great places around Da Nang. They all looked like some great places to visit in that area, especially the lookout which provides an excellent view over Da Nang. Keep up with the videos mate...my wife and I love watching them. Stay safe. PS....How do you get that special effect when you were on the back of the motor bike with the camera looking down at you and the coastline? Thanking you in advance.
Great thanks John. Three metre long invisible? Selfie stick. I have noticed in your earlier videos when walking along the street, you are holding a selfie stick which appears invisible, so what's the trick? Do you blur this out at editing, frame by frame? Thanks John

Wow nice iew from the drone, but it dangerously near the power lines.
Thanks! No definitely not near powerlines. Just appears to be.
You can go to Lang Co beach. It’s around 30km far from Da Nang. One of the best beaches Ive been to in the central. I live in Hanoi btw.
Thanks for the tip!
About 30km from North of Da Nang " around 30km far from Da Nang"{

Hey thanks so much! I really appreciate that!!! I used the insta360 X4 camera to get that shot along with a 3 meter invisible selfie stick.
Great thanks John.

@@tuck123kw9034 the narrow stick doesn’t show up in the video because the camera’s two lenses can’t see it and stitches out it out of the file.
@@iamjohnsaboe Oh ok, that sounds good. Is it a go pro.......... thanks again John
@@iamjohnsaboe Sorry, you already answered the question on what type the camera was. Thank you again.
Enjoying your videos John.
Is early January still a good time to visit? Was told the sea may be a little rough along the beach for swimming with kids
Yes it will be cooler and the ocean won’t be ideal for swimming. Towards the end of February it starts to improve.
@iamjohnsaboe thanks
Looks like a spot to add to my trip in March (fish sauce village). Do you just scooter out there from Da Nang? Cheers
You can easily do that. Approximately 35-45 minutes from My Khe Beach.
Your channel is impressive! I subbed! I wanna interview you for my channel! Planning my trip somewhere December. How can I get in contact with you?
Thanks so much! You can contact through my IG account. Link in “about”.

Does Safewing Nomad Insurance have an age limit for their coverage? So many insurance companies cutoff at age 69?
I’m afraid the age limit is 69 for this plan as well.
@@iamjohnsaboe thanks for the reply.
Hi Jon, fairly certain I had a stroke reading that title. Are you sure it's correct?
Lol!!! It’s doing exactly what it was designed to do. I may change it later.
