If I'm being honest, Vietnamese food isn't my favorite, at least not something I could 100 % base my diet on.... what I DID have that was Vietnamese was good....I just found there meals lacking in quality protein, heavily carbohydrate based, many deep fried options and lots of noodles..... like I said, I liked it.... but couldn't 100% live off it. So I was happy to find great Western options and I wanted to share 👍
Great video, thanks. Just got a question regarding your scooter hire please. Was it a 125 semi automatic? My wife and I are similar height etc as you guys and just wanted your thoughts if it was enough? Also regarding a scooter license, did you guys have one? Can you elaborate a little on that regarding what you did to ride one. Thanks.
@AJ-ww6qs hi there 👋 we actually rented a 125cc automatic and only rented a manual for the son tra peninsula. 125cc was plenty of power for the two of us. Jay has had a motorcycle license from Canada for 20+ years and lots of experience riding......still TECHNICALLY illegal to drive.....(the only way to LEGALLY drive in Vietnam is with a Vietnam drivers license) When we rented the scooter they asked if Jay had a license but I think it was just out of curiosity... we didn't have to show anything really.
