She is so gorgeous and she speaks so well. A posible Miss Universe Back -to- Back .
Fat a chance... 😅🤣😂
Noelia is not only drop dead GORGEOUS, but she comes across as a sweet, down-home individual with depth as well. Now hoping (going to connect a couple of dots here), that she will do what the last Miss Utah did when she won Miss USA (Linda Bement) in 1960 and that's go on to win Miss Universe (and if that happens it will only be the 2nd time in that pageant history that a country would win back to back crowns. The only country to do that so far has been Venezuela in 2008-2009 & where is Noelia's mother from - Venezuela!) Congrats Noelia!
Wow she’s such a good speaker. I see her doing very well at Miss Universe and during her reign
Noelia is a replica of R'Bonney Gabriel.....very fluent speaker, great communicational skills. Interview already looks like the new Miss Universe...definitely a back to back win.... full package....❤
Miss USA is an excellent speaker. It would not surprise me if the United States took the Miss Universe crown for the second year in a row. May the best of luck be all yours Miss USA at the Miss Universe pageant.
If R'bonney hadn't won, she would have had more chance for victory. I mean consecutive winning is pretty impossible indeed. However, who knows, she still has a chance!!! everything could happen.
Such a good speaker and very humble as well! Worthy of the Miss Universe crown!
I am a Filipino but it feels like miss usa has a chance for a back to back
I love Noelia🥺
May God bless Miss USA, this beautiful and friendly venezuelan american, God bless her,
Oh my gosh. I think USA can pull a back to back. She’s such a good speaker and I like her advocacies.
She is very smart and fluent, but she looks very different than her IG pictures.
TRANSMITE ESA MUCHACHA . INTELIGENTE . ELLA VA GANAR EL MISS UNIVERSO
So eloquent, the news should do more to follow the lives of the beauty queens in their role. Fab interview
Very well spoken
Love Her
THE NEXT MISS UNIVERSE............OUTSTANDING HUMANITARIAN
She will gonna win Miss Universe 2023❤
it would be wild to see a back to back
She would definitely be a Great Miss Universe, unfortunately they will not do a back to back to USA.
It will be so sad not see her win Miss Universe this year :(
She deserves it but the organization will not let it happen.
Miss Mormon
Why not a back to back? It was possible back in 2009!
She is so beautiful ❤
Noelia Voigt congratulations 🎉 you are the first Venezuelan-American female contestant to win the Miss U.S.A. Pageant last week on the CW Network, since you are not 🚫 representing Miss Utah 🇺🇲 you are representing Miss U.S.A. in El Salvador in Central America....Good Luck
She is amazing. She will be a wonderful host

She is not from Utah tho
She is from Florida before she moved to Utah
@@petewong2372 not a true Utahn then
@@davidlima4471 Not anymore she will pass her crown to her successor who is the 1st Runner-up can take her place as Miss UT USA 2023
What’s with all this girls wearing allot of make up and highlighting the nose and cheeks and the fake teeth and they all look the same is too much for me, where are the girls that are really pretty with minimal makeup and that don’t look the same. Wearing tons of make up doesn’t make you down to earth it makes you look insecure.
Diana Silva left the group.
What group???
She really needs to tone down the makeup. Styling seems to be her biggest issue.
She doesn't look fresh or Carismatic
Wrong. She was born in Florida. Not "Venezuelan-American."
She comes from an American parent and the other is Venezuelan. As far as I know Florida is in America.
@@manuelinfantes7645
and where is Venezuela 🇻🇪?
@@MICPG9 in south AMERICA. She has blood from both countries hence she is American Venezuelan. Duh hahaha
She literally said she’s half Venezuelan lol
@@manuelinfantes7645 a "Venezuelan-American" is a person that was born in Venezuela and later obtained legal US citizenship. She is simply an American with Venezuelan heritage.
In my opinion miss USA and miss Philippines are in the top 3 this year in Miss Universe...I can't think of the other one in the top 3 at this moment.
Thailand
The make up is very prominently out of way
She is ready for Miss Universe. Back to Back is looking like a possibility but remember your camera angles during interviews siss
all bs lol
She's well spoken I can really see a back to back in Miss Universe 👑
Omgosh
We Love Utah from Iran 🇺🇲❤️🇮🇷
Is she going to pass her Miss UT USA title to the 1st Runner-up? Who knows if she will keep her both titles
When R’Bonney Gabriel crowned Miss Universe earlier this year, her Miss Texas title was passed to Allison Drake, her second runner-up. It would be necessary if Noelia would be going to pass her state title.
She has to pass it to the first runner up is the rule of all pageants because she will not able to hold both titles.
@@jcmfdesigns In recent years when Cheslie won Miss USA a few years ago, her 1RU in state pageant Laura Little appointed the title to finish the former's reign as this is rare for Miss USA winners. Miss America is more common to have the first runners-up from the winning state to finish the title.
In 2022, when R'Bonney won Miss USA, she did not pass her state title to any of her runners-up.
In 2021, when Elle won Miss USA, her first runner-up in Miss Kentucky USA, Veronica Chisholm, declined to accept the offer and was preparing for the state pageant the next year.
In 2020, when Asya won Miss USA, her first runner-up in Miss Mississippi USA, Kerrie Blakeney, also declined to accept the offer and was already preparing to compete in that state pageant next year.
When Deshauna won Miss USA in 2016, Kara McCullough was her first runner-up in the pageant and she declined, however, her state title was passed to Jasmine Jones, one of the semifinalists in Miss DC USA 2016 pageant. Kara would go on to win the Miss DC USA title and eventually won Miss USA.
Nia, Erin, Olivia, Rima, Kristen, Crystle, Rachel, Tara, and Chelsea didn't pass respective state titles to their first runners-up.
@@jcmfdesignsMariluz Cook is the 1st Runner-up and took over as Miss UT USA 2023 after Noelia Voigt became Miss USA 2023
She is one that I love her down.
Amazing lady
Camera people didn’t instruct her to look at the camera or at least they should’ve focused her face while speaking.
She’s very smart!! Good luck!!🍀 ❤
I love that she is present, genuine and speaks easily and wholeheartedly about herself and her advocacies. Her comfort and naturalness should serve her well at Miss Universe.
Muy bellas inteligetes preparadas complete
Surely top 5 miss universe
😮😮😮 que mujer más hermosa
Venezuelans left the room.
