These videos have been helping out so much as I study Algebra 1 in the summer. My book doesn't really explain the concepts that well but your videos are so helpful and really easy to understand, simple, and straightforward.

      Just remember - not passing an exam is definitely not the end. And it will not mean a failure, unless you choose to completely give up on the studies afterwards. With that in mind, just remain peaceful & don't forget to rest (not procrastinate, but fully rest) regularly. With every upcoming test, simply remember - there's nothing that cannot be restored, no one that cannot be convinced, and no decision that can be recovered. Just keep going & believe in the best outcome possible, because faith moves the mountains :) I believe in God & I know He takes care of all people (even if they don't believe). I hope this will help you in the future! Have fun, even if it's math!

    Great video, I love all the different examples you gave. Do you have a video for how to use this method with a trinomial? You've already split the 1st-degree term, I'd like to see how to get to this stage from a polynomial like, say, x² + 9x + 20 to use your first example.

    9:09 the thing I don't particularly like about any math videos is that they look for solutions for particular situations instead of giving a universal approach. The universal approach here (at least in my opinion) would be to write a system of equation:
    x+y=-5
    xy=-126
    Then when you try to solve it (I tried it for y), it turns into a second degree equation:
    -y^2-5y-126=0
    If you use this approach, no matter how difficult the task gets, you should be able to handle. I understand that this might be an overkill for this situation but I feel like it's really important to give a universal approach, for people like me, who aren't particularly accustomed to math.

    Understanding factoring by grouping can use this reminder:
    2(3)+3(3)=15 right?
    Now (3)*(2+3)=15
    You see? What looks like a rigid memory formula makes sense when you strip it down to basics.
    I use this technique with all sorts of problems to make the difficult more intuitive.
