Factoring has been something that just never clicked for me. It always seemed like my teachers just assumed I could look at something and instantly know how it broke down, or assumed that factoring was something that came easy to everyone. I am in my freshman year of college and for the first time ever, I feel like I actually understand how to factor polynomials. It has honestly been so frustrating that when I finally got it I almost cried. Thanks for making this video, and I wish I had found it earlier.

Osego is a great GED study tool, but they are failing to go into detailed explanation on how to perform certain mathematical tasks, such as factoring monomials and polynomials. With Onsego, it's just 1 example with vague explanations and barely anything else. This video is a lifesaver. I'm actually starting to get it now. Brilliant, with good examples and very well paced. I had to refresh myself on factoring because my linear algebra class just introduced characteristic polynomials, and after scratching my head and saying "I haven't FOIL'd in like 10 years" I found this video and I'm all good now!

That's like the best video about polynominals I have ever seen! My teacher tried to "teach" us how to do it for like a month now, yet I still didn't get it. Now I watched this video like 3 times (about 1 hour) and I understand everything :) Thanks a lot!

This person singlehandedly saved me in high school with his chemistry and physics videos, and now in collage for math videos (that's what you get after not being allowed to use calculators for college classes). Sir you are carrying my education on your back.
