  • NAC is something I came across by a Dr. who recommends it to his patients to quit smoking weed. I decided to research more and discovered tons of feedback supporting its usage, this led me to experiment with NAC for myself. It's helped me with cravings, withdrawals are manageable now. It really takes the edge off which before could feel impossible to manage.
    There's nothing which has assisted me with withdrawals like NAC has, it's made quitting weed something manageable, and the benefits include assistance with my ADHD and impulsiveness. It's certainly something I'll continue to take for the rest of my life as part of my nootropics stack.
    It can be hard to find someone who understands, if you have questions and would like to learn more, discussing your life and asking questions please do reach out for a consultation. Contact: quitsmokingherb@protonmail.com

      Vitamin D, Omega-3 and a good multi-vitamin are the perfect daily go-to supplements for me, aside from some other things like Alpha GPC, L-Tyrosine, Alcar but those imo are not so necessary for me

    Is the subreddit you are on Leaves? I'm guessing it is, I'd tell you to check it out, but I am almost certain there is no way you wouldn't know about it. Still, might be a good place to direct your viewers for additional advice and support.

    I’m down to one small hit per day but still going through withdrawals for a while now. I got a bottle of NAC. I hope it helps. No nightmares but lots of lost sleep, even with prescribed sleep medicine.

      For sleeping melatonin is the only thing which semi helps me, go from waking every 3 hours to every 5-6 which is a lot more manageable!

      @@BetterYouNow how many milligrams of melatonin do you take? I think my bottle is 3mg. I don’t take it consistently but I will.

      @@Dungzoo I have read only works up to 5mg and anything else past that doesn't do anything more so they usually sell by 3 or 5mg. No blue light aka screens more like 2 hours before bed really makes a difference for me too

      @@Flint-Dibble-the-Don I’ve been using it for a week and I’m averaging 1 to 2 more hours of sleep than the week before. I’m going to research more about long term use.

    Hey there. I am currently going through withdraw, and for me the insomnia has been a living nightmare. Maybe 7 hours of sleep in the last 4 days, and the one day I cheated with a little weed to help me sleep. Does NAC help with insomnia too? And if not, is there anything you have used that has helped with that? Thanks.

    • @BetterYouNow
      @BetterYouNow  3 месяца назад +1

      I cannot say it helped with insomnia, not to say that it didn't or it did, it's just I take melatonin to sleep which is the only thing that does work for me. NAC makes the day better for me, melatonin and a hot drink before bed with no blue light an hour before help me to get to sleep. Regardless after about a week the insomnia gets so bad still wake up after 5 hours instead of sleeping 8 but still better than waking up every 2-3 hours so there is a noticeable difference following those 3 steps before bed.

    Cannabis flower is so beautiful. I have to quit for good. Weed caused me to have severe OAB
    Smoking pot caused me to have severe chronic bronchitis and a nodule.
    Dude
    The stuff is bad news!
    I now eat hash oil. But again the bladder and severe constipation from eating 100 mg a day
