excellent!
so beautiful technique
Awesome

From that initial underhook if you take the whizzer you can use it to pull him forward. So you pull forward and he has to follow you and will step towards you. Pick the ankle for an easy takedown. I’ve been catching everyone with that lately. The moment they get any kind of inside control, either the underhook or a lapel grip on a gi I overhook and pull him forward until he steps and then pick the leg.
Amazing
Art.
Suuuuuuupperrr video coach

Wow!
Question for all the grapplers here. Do y’all weight train on top of grappling? How often do you guys do? Heavy weights? Work out programs you’d recommend?
so much gold
Awesome yet again. Do you have a video focused on getting the underhook in the first place?
Number. One maestro..
Oss
best move ever
🔥
Great stuff
Wish you’d get on with it tho
I'm behind someone!!
step out point really changes the equation.
I like to go high crouch and then just lift and tip over. Lots of BJJ guys don't expect it especially the big boys.
10:03 the most sophisticated takedown theory
👍👍👍
To conect the hips take a look on pat Downey tutorial about arm drags. Take a inside step more Than outside step
What’s up brother
😍😍😍
If you didn't know, now you know 🤣
@2:37 there is a fly on his head
Dear Coach Brian, at Minute 2:01- could you not feed his right hand wrist of which you have control with your left hand, to your right hand that is on his left thigh? Or better even monkey gripp with your right hand, slightly above his right elbow. Extending your right arm to apply pressure in his left elbow. While having your left arm free to do other stuff at the same time...
Starts at 0:55.
These techniques are sweet!
Do they still work without the flipper - if the opponent just has an overhook with the hand inside? They look like they should.
They work without the flipper. As long as they're clamping down, you can get the drag. While they clamp down, release your underhook arm quickly and drag the arm. You can also pull down on their wrist with your free hand as you release the underhook which will give you a Russian tie position.
dude looks like u could do a judo back step and break his arm with the over hook like shinya aoki
"From Northern Siberia" no.. just close to China. We can just he had to fend for himself as a baby until a group of vicious wolves took him in as there own. Haha
Hi
in your experience, does a single underhook in the clinch expose you to elbows (in MMA)?
The moment they try to strike they give you space to duck under and take their back, check Randy Couture's clinch DVD
I mean you have the option to strike too. Plus, you can off balance them.
@@ray.n_l but I'm just a dumb jiujitsu guy. I don't know Muay Thai, so I (personally) am pretty vulnerable in this scenario. Or at least, that's what I'm trying to figure out.
@@elenchus usually guys like khabib like to take the single side underhook but combine it with wrist control. You'll be fine as long as you can control the guys free hand.
How does Anton pick up the single leg from the ankle? 10:20
It's so fast and beautiful 🤩
I thought he was HHH for a second 😎
Is grappling the exact same thing as jui jitsu?
Yes. Grappling is jiujitsu, wrestling (freestyle), wrestling (grecoroman), judo, catch wrestling, African wrestling, Mexican ground karate, sambo, name em.
@@tededo “no grappling is ju-jitsu” to the question is grappling ju-jitsu???
Sorry. Mistyped. Yes.@@Lewboll703

How does he pick it up from the heel it's so fast and beautiful
HUA
If you give a lead underhook like you did in your case coach Brian you don't have any offence from there really.
There are always moves! Overhooks can be dangerous!
Anton doesn't look like a starving children.
