Currently loving blackberries simmered in a pot on low with monk fruit and lemon juice. Simmers down to a delicious jam. Then I refrigerate it and put in ontop greek yogurt or cottage cheese & top with low carb granola. SO sweet, tart and delish.
There used to be a popular restaurant near me in CT that had the best dip made out of cottage cheese,horseradish and dehydrated vegetables (they had softened up somewhat sitting in the mixture,but dehydrated veggies are more flavorful than fresh) sounds so simple but everyone loved it. The restaurant closed long ago but I still love to make the dip

You know what I figured out? And it’s sooo good-guacamole with carneseca (super thin beef jerky) it’s so good treat it like chips and guac! Game changer for low carb for me.
Another recipe I came across--1/2 c cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/4 c of frozen blueberries heated up so they make their own juice. So good!! I love all your recipes they have helped me on my weight loss journey!

I use can chicken and instead of Mayo I use plain whole milk yogurt add cut up onion and celery add garlic powder! So good for a protein lunch too on some toasted sprouted bread 😊
For dinner I boil corn on the cob in the water put according how many cobs you’re boiling n put in a quarter cup cooking white wine after the is cooked save the water n make rice n beans n chicken while that’s cooking cut plátano verde n put it in a bowl with adobo n a little bit hot sauce for 10 minutes when start frying them put the water in the rice while it’s cooking u can exclude the hot sauce if you like cause you have the cooking wine had a small can of tomato sauce to the rice n stir n let it cook Enjoy it!!!!❤
Much better than the Costco, Trader Joe's, etc. shopping trips that highlight processed packaged foods. Those foods might be quick to make, but you sacrifice whole foods. These snacks are great for being whole real foods with minimal processing.

I love these ideas! Great balance and a great variety! Sometimes when I'm having a sandwich, I'll eat sliced cucumber instead of potato chips. A lot of people don't realize that cottage cheese melts. I often use it in recipes I bake. Especially when I made lasagna, I used cottage cheese instead of Romano. I love cottage cheese anyway but now I'm going to try it in different ways! Land-o-Lake has a sugar free whipped cream that I put on top of my Yoplait Protein Yogurt. I even got my husband to like yogurt using it. He likes the Strawberry Protein Yogurt.

When I have chicken like that I put walnuts in it I put celery cut up celery and I put a little bit more mayonnaise and less mustard and it's so good try walnuts it's awesome and you can even put chopped grapes in your chicken salad

I also cook healthier chix jalapeno saus from Trader Joe's in my air fryer and those air fryer parchment liners are fabulous but I think they and regular parchment paper has chemicals so if you can afford it it's best to have chem free. Love the long veggie spears with the saus and the lunchmeat on lettuce looks great! There are healthier lunchmeats out there. Best, from Colorado!

You might try adding Chia seeds, you’ll love it even more! 😋 let them sit for a minute and hydrate from the cottage cheese. Also sucks up the extra moisture from the pears. It’s one of my very favorites! Super nutritious addition

You can do the same with hard boiled eggs. Pop out the yolk and stuff with chicken salad or tuna salad made however you like them. They are sooo good!
