- In April 2010, Rachel Anderson, a mother of four children who went missing from Clarkston, Washington, had recently separated from her husband, Charles Capone. Not long after they split up, Rachel started getting scary phone calls and messages from someone who wouldn't stop bothering her.
A few years after Rachel disappeared, the police figured out that her estranged husband, Charles, and his friend, David Stone, were responsible for what happened to her. They discovered that Charles had harmed Rachel and that David helped him hide the evidence. Shockingly, they found out that Charles and David had made a secret plan to get rid of their wives.
Investigators learned that Rachel was wrapped in a tarp, weighed down with chains attached to buckets, and thrown off a bridge into a river. This revelation was both sad and frightening. A local fisherman thought he had found Rachel when he caught something heavy in the river, but he lost it before he could see what it was. He reported it to the police, but they didn't follow up. So, he reached out to us, Adventures With Purpose, a group that helps search for missing people.
We arrived ready to dive into the river and search near the bridge, hoping to find Rachel and bring some closure to her family. Despite our efforts and the advanced equipment we brought, finding Rachel in the river proved to be a challenging task. Though we didn't find her that day, our commitment to helping families like Rachel's remains strong.
Our work involves sharing these searches through videos, hoping to raise awareness and encourage more people to join in our efforts. Every new viewer or supporter increases our ability to make a difference for families missing a loved one.
Rachel's story is tragic, but our mission is to keep searching and providing hope and answers to families in need. We're dedicated to ensuring that stories like Rachel's are not forgotten and believe that together, we can bring light to these mysteries.

I lost 1st husband to dui when our son was a year old. 😪 I fought the bar with 35 witnesses & we had over 500 people at the funeral. Unbelievable.

I do agree with you to a point, but there are some things you must take into consideration.
1:) with law enforcement you must consider the manpower & the cost!
Professional divers are very expensive, & most agencies don't have the resources to hire professionals for every case!
2:) how do you know the authorities didn't check already?

1:) local law enforcement agencies do have budgets, they can't just spend thousands of dollars to professional divers to look all over creation!
2:) law enforcement still has to patrol their jurisdiction, which takes manpower!
These guys just have the current task at hand to do, & they rely on the public for funding, which makes a difference.
Did I get it right: The fisherman found something like a body, just as descriped by the murderer , and the police just said: "nah, not interested 🤷"?!

13 year old Na’Ziyah Harris has been missing out of Detroit for months. They keep searching waterways and say they have reason to believe she is deceased. 😢 I wish I knew the family or how to find someone like you guys to help find her. It’s been such a sad missing persons case.

Please help Stacey Peterson's sister!! She has used her own money trying to find Stacey in a river in Illinois. Stacey was married to Drew Peterson, a former cop from Illinois who is in prison for killing the wife before Stacey. I asked AWP to help her and they said they don't get involved in criminal cases but yet here YOU are looking for a murdered woman wrapped in a tarp in a river. Why the hell can't anyone try to help find Stacey? I don't know her sister's name but she was on an episode on youtube hosted by Vinnie Politan. Please help this lady.
You are simply amazed guys. You are such a great qroup of people doing there best. You have helped many of scared , fearful, helpless wonderful people who are honest and have very much been suffering what must seem like a lifetime. I can imagine when u know you have found that one you were looking for and now its real and happening and u have to keep it together for a little while. What a rush of emotions upon you fast. I can't believe the response he got from police, they should have been all over it, the fact the case closed ten years before doesn't mean it's over, new evidence should reopen the case, just hard to understand.

The witness guy gave me weird vibes. His story is strange, and his statements don’t remain consistent. First he says he’s “110% sure” then goes on to say “I guess” 4-5 times in the following statements.. which is a sign of someone lying and making up a story. Either you’re sure or you’re not. You shouldn’t be switching up tenses and actions on the timeline…and he had a friend on the boat but “can’t remember which buddy that was”… how do you hook into a body with a friend and not immediately remember “that one time Jake and I were fishin the creek….” I dunno y’all.
He also must have a lot of friends if he can’t remember which buddy he was with that day. That comment 100% gave me red flags.
Yeah..I got a weird vibe too on most like he just made the story up just to get them out there to see. I don’t like to assume/judge but something was def “fishy” about his story

@@JessRare plus this guy had connections with the victim, he stated his mom knew her, so he potentially had more info on the case or the victim personally. And it just feels like he’s doing this for attention. I can’t tell if it’s for himself or for the woman tho.
He probably just heard about the info and when he snagged a tarp his brain played tricks on him and he thought it was her.

@@j.ksmith7432Approx Aug of 2022, when this was filmed, Nick had just joined AWP (as an employee instead of a volunteer) as a diver, he was being trained to potentially lead another team. During the months of July & Aug 2022 Jared was very busy working on the other RV and perfecting the trailers.
In Nov 2022, after the news of the $1 million extortion attempt hit Social Media, everyone in this video chose to immediately resign.
In Jan 2023 Jared upgraded and created a very loyal, professional, and trust-worthy new team. AWP had completed many searches during 2022. AWP used to only release one new video weekly, so a back-log built up quickly.
Jared has the editting team focused on trying to edit the older searches. He's said recently in comments that we are getting closer to finally hitting bottom.
So, please, continue to be patient, along with the rest of us.

P.S. Sorry, for such a long explanation. I was trying to be thorough.
All I can say is that there was 2 big trailers kitted out kitted out new at Jarod's House with the help of some of the back stage crew. I think the video guy ( sorry his name slips my mind ) was there . If you would like to see who was there they made videos of them doing the re - builds. When Jarod bought the new AWP diving bought to go inside these new trailers he bought enough to give one to each of the other divers who had aided him in some of the bigger dives he had took on with the AWP crew, such as , Nug , Jacob & others which I cannot remember the names of. A lot of whom were suddenly calling him out as a bastard and a guy who cheated the all .
Like Sam who suddenly was saying that he should take over Adventures With Purpose when he had walked out a long time ago. Then people who had dived with AWP since suddenly knew all the ins & outs of everything . Not one of them stood behind Jarod enough to even say " we will wait until we know the facts before judging him & and finding him guilty " Doug & partner are using AWP boats so they must have come from Jarod in some way or other & I could well imagine him giving one to Doug so that Doug could work but obviously we do not know the facts of any of that so cannot judge or offer an opinion.
All I can say is I have not seen any comments from Jarod about the way his friends & colleagues dumped him or the comments they made about him on the Internet.
Until he has been charged & found been found guilty in a court of law I for one am not going to judge him or find him guilty.
For one thing a lot of what I have read about the accusations seem like a load of bs to me. Such as no.accusations being levied until he was a success & had money to go after. Also the fact that his sister suddenly jumping on the bandwagon when she suddenly realised also that if she crawled out of the slime she could maybe get a slice of the pie as well.
I am not saying he is innocent or guilty, I am saying let's wait & see because. Also let's wait & see what's his ex friends are going to say if he is found innocent.
Money draws out the scum of the earth. Sometimes in your own family and/or friends. I never jump the gun, as I believe in innocent until proven guilty. AWPs mission has been a true blessing to many families. That’s undeniable. When all broke loose, I noticed many other RUclipsrs trying to capitalize on the situation. That’s what jealousy causes. What kind of fishing line was that guy using to be able to pull up buckets of concrete and towing chain?
Was he using a deep sea rod?
@@electricheartpony I don’t know much about fishing, but i don’t know if you would be using a deep sea rod in a river. Someone more informed than me, please explain.
@@Izfizlizard It depends on what's being fished for, I personally use deep sea rigs to go after 30 lb and larger catfish either in large rivers or lakes. I don't know about this particular river, but it seems large enough to house those large fish. Fishing for bass or other smaller fish with a deep sea rig would not be practical, just overkill.

You were on the Snake River and that is not a shallow river!!! The interstate bridge you show goes between Lewiston Idaho and Clarkston Washington. The bridge you searched around is Red Wolf Bridge in Clarkston Washington.

Dont the police in the USA look for missing people they seem to be crap at doing it
They do, however, many counties don’t have the manpower or resources needed to do these in depth searches.

I don’t understand why the dude that snagged the tarp, and saw the buckets, didn’t get a wet suit and some buddies to help him pull her out, if the police weren’t willing. If nothing else he should’ve contacted the local news immediately and brought the public’s attention to the police departments response after he notified them of finding her. Public outcry would’ve forced the PD’s hand to remove her remains from the lake. It also would’ve brought in divers who were willing to search for her and help pull her body out, if the police were still unwilling to search. Now she may never be found, sadly. He should’ve called 911 immediately and not left the scene so PD could’ve possibly located her. Every fisherman needs to wear a GoPro these days. Everybody should.

I have a difficult time believing the fisherman’s story, from pulling up the tarp, chains, and concreted buckets with his fishing line, to having a buddy with him that day who he can’t remember.
So heartbreaking she hasn’t been found.

When you find an object on your screen instead of dropping a magnet, why are you not dropping a camera so you can determine for sure that you have what you are seeing on screen, also would that not help you to determine the position of things before entering the water, so many things that you could get caught on going in without a clear view of what your getting into.

So I gotta say. The boat ramp you're on at the 3m mark was Clarkston WA. The bridge you show behind you is called Red Wolf. At the 3:09 mark you're showing a completely different bridge in the aerial shot. You then begin scanning the base of Red Wolf. Did y'all scan the proper areas? Just curious.

They take down the license plates if it has one and give it to police. Police can look the vehicles up to see if they’re connected to crimes or missing people or such
Some are pulled if connected to anything like the above comment states…but most stay bc it takes too much time and money to pull all them cars out.

You guys have the wrong location in your introduction. That IS NOT Lewiston, Idaho. Lewiston is on the other side. You are at Red Wolf Bridge boat ramp in Clarkston, Washington. I know this cause I was born and raised in the LC Valley. And only just moved away 3 months ago. Please edit the video and correct it. The bridge map you showed Interstate bridge is the state line that goes North to South between Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington. And the boat ramp is on the west side of the Interstate bridge in Clarkston, Washington.

So Devon remembers everything in such detail but can't remember the buddy that was with him. That sounds kinda odd to me. I think if an event like that happened to you that you would remember who was with you. This guys story is just what it is a story that he fabricated. There are way too many inconsistencies.

They can feel a lot of pressure and ears can ring and start popping…im sure pain if they go too far down but by then they start making their way back up
