You know, when you think about it, that line "I've got you under my skin, I've got you deep in my heart." really fits into this game because it's later revealed the Joker is in Batman's head, he is under Batman's skin with his constant appearances and taunts, making Batman see nothing but Joker. I like the little touches the developers did with this game. This song was basically a hint that the Joker was still going to be in this game.
