    to anyone suffering from this, please let me assure you that what you’re going through is temporary, it is due to anxiety, i had it, it was so extreme that i did an mri scan because i was so sure that something must have been wrong with my brain/head, I felt like my head had constant pressure, and felt like my brain was heavy, so when i turn my head sideways it almost felt like my brain took more time to follow my head, if that makes any sense lol, i will share with you how i personally got rid of it.
    I was going through severe panic attacks, depersonalization, anxiety (borderline depression).
    how I personally got through it is by addressing the core anxiety and where it came from.
    i started meditating, i went back home and got with family and friends (it helped a lot).
    I talked to people going through the same things.
    i took magnesium tablets every night before bed.
    I bought lavender essential oil and put a tiny bit under my nose before sleep (helps with
    i took muscle relaxants and anti inflammatory (prescribed by a doctor for a week) maybe it helped, maybe it didn’t.
    and sleep, sleep helped a lot, i took days off work and slept like a baby and ate healthy food.
    if you have any question, ask ahead 😊

      @@aestheticpostsonly well, I’m not a doctor, so please don’t rely on my advice, but from my personal experience anxiety can cause a lot of physical symptoms, personally, I never experienced extreme chest pains, although I did experience shallow breaths, and tightness. concerning fatigue, I never really experienced fatigue in the sense that I was tired I just experience depression like I didn’t want to listen to the music I always loved I didn’t I want to watch the things I’ve always liked to watch… you know, unmotivated

It starts to get better.. it’s something you have to practice to go away. Muscle tension is because your body is triggered by your thoughts or feelings.. you have to work on those two things as well.

    Mate, I can't thank you enough. I've been dealing with constant head pressure for the past eight months or so. It's always there, 24/7, and in itself it's been such a horrible source of stress and anxiety. From watching all of your videos on the topic, I feel like I can confidently say that your experience matches up to mine, which has been nothing short of a revelation for me. It really felt like I was alone dealing with this - while all the tests I'd had were reassuring, I was no closer to really figuring out what this was. Yet everything you describe is my experience entirely and it feels wonderful to have some clarity and solidarity in regards to this.
    Going to take your advice regarding the meditation and exercise. I'd been resisting the latter for a while because running seemed to make the issue worse, but, as you said in a different video, in regards to exercise it got worse before it got better, etc. I think my poor running form and posture likely compounded the issue with muscle tension, so going to try lifting weights instead.
    Honestly, thank you, you're an absolute lifesaver. Can't emphasise how grateful I am.

    Thanks man. i suffer from anxiety head pressure that manifested in different areas and at times gives me a kind of wobbly feeling even while standing still. your suggestion is surely working for me and yes, what we give attention to, grows. i am not totally ignoring it but learning to live with it. some days i don't have it at all and then it creeps up all of a sudden again and i try to ride it off just as you have suggested. one strange development recently that i have noticed is while the head pressure has weaned off in terms of its effect, anxiety seems to have shifted locus and nowadays i feel tightness in chest/rib cage (usually on right side) and short breath feeling which hijacks my attention. this has become more bothersome than the head pressure feeling and i am trying hard to apply same principles here. not sure if you or anyone else following has gone thru this... btw, i am trying meditation & physiological sighs to destress as suggested by andrew huberman.

    • @monkmaxims7951
      @monkmaxims7951 Год назад

      @Bisma baloch for my sanity, before i got into mindfulness meditation for relief, i did go to neurologist & ENT etc. for diagnosis in case there is some other cause for this head pressure. Advice you to check suitably with docs and understand first if it is psychological/anxiety related or something else. if it is anxiety related, we can do our best to handle it thru mindfulness meditation suggested online by Sam Harris, Huberman meditation, Yoga nidra relaxation technique to ensure sound sleep, exposure to natural light and natural surroundings and reducing caffeine and similar stimulants in diet. Head pressure that comes and goes has happened to me too and we should try not to get absorbed by the feelings and instead learn to live with it. it wont harm you if anxiety is the reason.

    This is exactly what I'm currently going through. I have heavy pressure on top of my head. And stiffness between both my eyes. I had a few panic attacks here and there that I landed in the ER 3 times. Went to the Dr 2 times. I think I will probably get therapy.
    Excessive worrying, excessive stress and anxiety are a combination of disaster..
    I thought I had something else. Had a head scan & MRI scan. Both negative. At times when I wake up, there's slight stiffness on my left side like upper lip or left eye.
    The symptoms go away and return. My face functions well though.
    I feel disconnected at times.
    Going for a jog or a walk helps a lot. Exercise releases lots of negative feeling. Enjoying time with family helps a lot too.
    I noticed when I feel less worried, the symptoms go away most of the time. Hopefully for good someday

    • @rexdby2984
      @rexdby2984 3 года назад

      I haven’t tried it, but cognitive behavioral therapy, or cbt , is supposedly really helpful with insomnia. I have the same issues with sleep maintenance. It’s so distressing bc a day can be ruined when you get half the sleep you want... it’s hard to be rational and you can get angry or upset easily.
      I’ve read that sometimes waking up after 3-4 hrs of sleeping is the natural pattern of sleep for humans. Prior to electric lighting, people would sleep 3-4 hours, wake up and do whatever for about 90 mins, then go back to sleep for another 3-4 hours.It’s tough not to get panicky when you don’t fall right back to sleep, but most experts recommend getting out of bed in the darkness, go to another room for awhile and do something relaxing till you feel tired enough to go back to sleep. I find an ice bag on my forehead and listening to a sleep meditation (yoga Nidra especially)with earbuds helps a lot to clear the mind, relax and let go.
      I’ve had this for about a year and a half. Sometimes I fall back to sleep and other times I just can’t. I’ve discovered that I don’t really need 8 hrs... oftentimes 6 hours, even if broken, is enough to feel pretty good. There have been a few times that I’ll go a few weeks and sleep really well and think I’m through the woods only to relapse to some level of insomnia. Just be gentle with yourself and know you’re not alone. 2020 has probably seen an insane amount of people worldwide develop this issue for the obvious reasons. All the best to you.

    I got the head pressure three days ago and the first day it was hurting a bit more but still not that much but then now it feels like it's slowly but surely going away. I don't really feel the pressure that badly anymore. I believe my head pressure is related to bad sleep since i remember i haven't been sleep exceptionally well for these past few days so would explain as to why i have been getting those head pressures. And i also recall getting them two years ago as well. And then it went away.
    I don't even feel like mine is head pressure. It's more like my neck because whenever i squeeze my neck it kinda hurts. But somehow i still feel the pain on my head too which is quite odd.
