  • Covering a cover. Hangnail's version of the Keith Green classic Run to the End of the Highway. I'm a big fan of this one.
Did this during work lunch today. Probably should have tuned the bass better. Probably should have played it better. Bass is down half a step. One take everybody knows the rules.
FYI that Bleach poster back there is signed. Went and saw them at their final show in 2004. Drove from Connecticut to Nashville and back in one shot. Didn't spend a night or stay in a hotel. Didn't sleep for a couple days. One of the dumbest unsafe decisions I ever made because clearly I was falling asleep by the time I got to Pennsylvania on the way home. But the show was fantastic. Relient K and Supertones opened if I remember right. I think that was Brian from Relient K's last show as well.
    Story time is over.
    Enjoy.

All the stuff I listen to that's active has a relation to Moms Basement Records. Either them or a label they do distro with such as Stardumb Records. Another label is MBNH Records. The stuff that's older is all Tooth & Nail Records, BEC Recordings, Lookout Records, Bettie Rocket Records or Screaming Giant Records. Every band I've covered so far is directly or indirectly to all those labels (for the most part). It's all great stuff!
