i really like his voice and clarity of speaking
I used this kit for my 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands. As Sam did I just put the strut spacer in. The reason I went with the 3/4" Maverick spacer instead of the 1" Bronco Sport spacer in that I tow a lot ,which raises the front end. I didn't want to raise it too much. The results are almost perfect. There is still a slight rake, but the distance between the tire and top of the wheel arch are equal. Before the difference was 3/4"less in the front. Driving and handling feel unchanged. I haven't had the toe in rechecked ( the only adjustable wheel alignment setting) so far so good.
Thank you for your content Mr. Sam!
Did you get an alignment right after?
Thanks for the great videos,I appreciate them. Will this 3/4 lift void or effect my factory warranty ?
Will this affect the MPG? How much? Thanks!
Thanks for this interesting and informative video. About how long did the install of just the 3/4” spacers take you? The install instructions estimate 2-3hrs, but you mentioned that omitting the 1/4 spacers that you saved a lot of effort.
Bout 2 hours, but took time.
Thank you... that's very helpful! @@TDTVGarage
It's been 8+ months since you installed both the tires and the lift, I was curious if you've had any issues with your cv axles or joints, or if you've taken any measures to prevent those issues. I've read other Maverick owners having a lot of issues with their cv even without changing their tires or lift. It could be user related, but I figure your opinion and experience is trustworthy.
Not thus far
@@TDTVGarage Wanted to check in again after over a year. Any issues pop up with this build?
@@joshturner3017 Not as of yet
Hey boss, will you recommend a 2-inch leveling kit for my maverick 22 hybrid? Is this possible?
That would be a lift kit and I don’t think it is possible because of the 4wd but I may be wrong I don’t know too much about
Great video! Thinking about ordering - have you noticed any effect to MPG?? Thank you
Tires and wheels 2-3 mpg
Love your videos Sam and always modifying my truck based on urvideos. Does this leveling kit (only if I use 3/4).. affect the load capacity of the truck ? Some folks been warning me that loading up the bed will have my lights point too high if I load the truck? What’s been your experience with this kit?. Do I need a timbres rear suspension kit as well? Did u have to use one to avoid sag? Thanks so much!
We haven't had any of those issues.
Will this fit the 2024 model as well, @TDTVGarage ?
Yes
I put the same size ties on my maverick. No level kit. Does the kit just make the front and back have same clearance?
It was discussed
Do you know if this will fit the 2023 Mavericks?
There is no difference between 2022-2024 Mavericks mechanically.
I’ve got a 24 trimmer. Can you put that 1 inch level kit on it?
A trimmer takes a roll of plastic line no?
I’ve got a 24 Maverick tremor Can you put a 1 inch level kit on them?
I plan to order the bronco sport 1 in lift kit to see if it works or not. I've read bronco sport lifts are compatible. @@kimpickett7637
Are there any leveling kits or ways to level/lift a FWD Maverick?
That is what this is.
@@TDTVGarage No way! I apologize I had no idea everywhere I look and everyone says its not possible. But proof in the puding thanks so much!
Rewatching it now no clue how I missed that omg haha Thank you so much
What tire size can I go up to
Many owners have gone up to 245/65/17 without rubbing or any other issues. Others have gone to 255/60/17 too without issues. 245/70/17 and up do require a lift and some fender well modifications to keep from rubbing according to those who have upsized.
do you know if this would void the ford basic warranty?
It's safe to assume it would. As with any modifications. Some things are allowed to do, some things you're not, but adding a lift or level and you're playing with trouble.
