This has been a much debated topic in the comments of some of my previous videos, and with The Fairly Oddparents Anime video finally dropping, this seemed like the perfect time to make this.
Also I got a new mic and haven't the slightest idea how to make sure it always records the same levels and didn't bother learning before creating this video. I'll go learn how to do that right now.

Ok hear me out. Using the biomnitrix, Ben 10K could combine the DNA of Ditto/Echo Echo (id prefer ditto) and Saiyan and preform the ritual himself. He could multiply into hundreds of ditto-gokus and perform the ritual multiple times, until there is a (let's say) small army of super saiyan gods.

Power-wise, yes. But you'd lose out on all the actual fighting experience you'd get training with the gods, which some might consider more valuable. I guess it depends on your goal - Do you want to be a powerful brute or an amazing fighter?
But Ben automatically gains the fighting experience that an alien requires. Wouldn't that make him rather skilled, maybe not the best but still skilled, as well as gaining his brutish strength.

Since frieza achieved enough power to rival ssb in 6 months of arguably casual training in 1 million years of active training, frieza could probably kill zeno in an instant as zeno is shown to not be omnipotent and instead is just incredibly strong.

There actually was one instance where how the ultimate simulation works was mentioned. In the one episode where the ultimate aliens came sentient in the Ultimatrix, when Ultimate Humungousaur was in the therapy session, he said at birth his mother tried to eat him. So ye... definitely not just people punching Ben in the face for a million years lol

And eventually the ultimatrix will find the legendary SS mutation and then make that the base for the saiyans in the simulation before continuing to make life harder and harder

It's about the form, not the power level.
Think about the difference between kaioken and Super Saiyan, the highest kaioken can go (that we know of) is 20*n, where as SSj1 as a base 50*, SSj2 100* and SSj3 is 200.
Now imagine you had to train to get that level of power, no multiplicative increase, just gradual.

Edit: Okay, I've given it some thought, and I think he'd call it Master Ki. It has a pun, which he likes, and it reflects their martial arts connection.
I say his Saiyan form would be called "War Zone" that sounds like an accurate Ben 10 name for a Saiyan.
Kuro actually made a Saiyan Form for 5YL, and he called it "MonKi". It's on the official 5YL Wiki.

What if Ben got Doomsday's DNA and then tried to make an ultimate form out of that, Doomsday's whole thing is that he can never be killed by the same thing twice so if the Omnitrix spends a million years trying to find a new way to kill Doomsday then it would basically create the ultimate Invincible alien that could literally beat anything

@@pyrosfolly5698 SCP-682 has been written dead before. in the revised entry of scp173. 150 scp173 kept killing him for so long 682 basically gave up regenerating and die.
I'm actually scared of that match up though. not many alien ben have has the capability to instantly kill 682. he can't freeze him with big chill, he'll just grow immune to cold or generate heat to melt the ice
he can't incinerate him with heatblast, he can regenerate from the burn and become flame immune.
he can't even use atomix since all that would do is give 682 immunity to radiation.
ben would need alien x and basically deconstruct 682 at the subatomic level.

I know I'm late, but actually, you don't need the ritual to turn into a Super Saiyan God.
Vegeta was able to simply by training, the ritual is just a shortcut. Therefore, Ben could in fact reach God, Blue, and maybe even beyond. As well as Ultra Instinct, (Not like he needs it given the Omnitrix's fail safes.)
(Additionally, Goku is actually one of the weakest examples of the Saiyan race on base level. Being a low class warrior.
The reason he becomes so powerful is because he trains a lot, but if someone like Broly, who is one of if not THE peak of the Saiyan race, had the exact same level of training, he would absolutely demolish Goku)

Broly isn’t the peak
Ultra Instinct isn't really a form but like a mindset, basically flow state where you're so focused on your task that you almost robotic and doing it perfectly. So that's something ben has to learn on his own and probably even do it with his aliens which would be pretty cool
There is a bit of a flaw with the logic here. First, for the "pinnacle of the race" Goku is a very poor example, especially if we are using a 16 year old Goku, not the 24 year old Goku who fought Freiza. The actual pinnacle at this point would probably be either a high class warrior like a 16 year old Vegeta, or, considerably more terrifyingly, someone like Broly, who as a baby was more than three times stronger than Goku, Piccolo, and Raditz put together at the time of their fight.
Next, the omnitrix probably couldn't save a SSJ form, because it operates on DNA, and the SSJ form does not alter the DNA of the user. Thus he would have to manually transform each time. Next, the level of Ki control necessary to force a Super Saiyan transformation without the emotional trigger is beyond even Goku and Vegeta, both of whom had trained all their lives. Not to mention, even ruling out Goku due to his childhood amnesia, it is shown through Goten that flight is a learned technique, which implies all ki techniques are learned by Saiyans, just like with humans (also supported by the fact that every soldier in the Freiza Force could also fly). Thus the idea that Ben would have Ki powers based on instinct is most likely incorrect.
What he would get for certain would be the freakish adaptability of the Saiyans, and the Zenkai (near-death) Boost. And as for the U6 Saiyans, Ben could probably have both a tailed and non-tailed form as it is stated that they followed different evolutionary paths and thus would have different, albeit very similar DNA.
On to the Ultimatrix, as again, Ki is not a Saiyan Evolutionary trait, it is unlikely that he would actually unlock any special techniques, instead, it seems more likely that he would gain ludicrous amounts of Ki due to the Saiyan's truly absurd vitality, and that his form would most closely resemble either some form of super saiyan four, or Broly's Legendary Super Saiyan form, as both of these are genetic, and not learned transformations. He might get SSJG but never Blue, as that is a technique derived entirely from ki control.
Funny enough though, after 1,000,000 years of continuous evolution in the most hostile environment that the Ultimatrix can simulate, Ultra Instinct might actually come very naturally to Saiyan Ben, as one of the most formidable parts of a Saiyan warrior is their natural sense for combat, and Ultra Instinct is the pinnacle of that.
Also we know for fact now that Goku is 44, so your guess-timation was pretty good!
Anyway thats just one Dragon Ball fan's take on the issue. My knowlege of Ben 10 is pretty basic, but I did my best.

The Upchuck race has two subraces and they each have an entry in the omnitrix, so it could have both types of saiyans as their own entries.

Blackarot69 here's a thought, there really isn't a clear cut cap on power levels when a sayaian is born main example being canon broly, so what if the Omnitrix creates a sayian born of the highest possible level and then afterwords simulates the harshest of reality for a million years....
But if you think about it, with the ultimate form, and therefore 1,000,000 years of training, it might not give him a new transformation, but he would be immensely stronger than legendary super sayian, or any other form

Saiyans also learn the moves that almost kill them (aka moves that defeat them & cause the zenkai boosts) so if the Omnitrix used different abilities each time, then that's even more broken. It's like broken squared. Lol

I think it would depend on how Ben approached either of them. For the best results and most comedic interaction, both Vegeta and Goku should be present.
I see Vegeta being the first to respond with a simple, "Absolutely not! You can't just become a Saiyan on a whim! A Saiyan is a warrior, through and through!".
But before Vegeta finishes talking, Goku interrupts with an enthusiastic, "Heck yea! And once you transform into a Saiyan, I wanna be the first to fight you!"
After which, Vegeta gets angry and yells at Goku, "If anyone is going to fight him, it's ME!" -turns to Ben- "And you, boy! Don't you DARE scan this oaf's DNA, he's just a brainless idiot. If you want a PRIME sample of Saiyan DNA, you better scan ME! I will not allow you to disgrace what it means to be Saiyan by using HIS *points angrily at Goku" DNA!"
And of course, the Omnitrix scans both of them, annoying Vegeta as he groans over how Goku's DNA probably tainted his perfect sample.

Funny thing, the show actually implies through an offhand comment that the ultimate alien conditions aren't just them living in a desert or being punched for all those years; it implies that every single moment of their life has to be a living hell in some way, because in the episode where the ultimate aliens rebel (The Ultimate Sacrifice), the sentient version of Ultimate Humungosaur mentions that his mother tried eating him before he hatched. It's just an offhand comment, yes, but it gives quite a bit of insight when you consider these worst possible conditions they're put through for thousands of years.

Don't forget his ominitrix uses the best DNA from every alien species meaning he could end up like caulifla(at the minimum)or even broly(at the most)
If he isn't able to mentally control those forms then he might just explode from the sheer power output from those two.

Problem is, there's no knowledge that allows you to control those forms. Broly's form in particular is pretty much berserk form; no amount of instincts or knowledge would let you stay in control with it.

If we're talking about mutation and simulation, I think that a good example of what an ultimate Sayan could be is Broly. Since his first appearance, they stated that his abnormally high power level was due to a genetic mutation. If we apply that, to the fact that the Omnitrix turns its user into the peek of a species, it's safe to assume that ultimate Sayan Ben, could potentially be the equivalent of a Broly who actually trained like Goku (at least in terms of intensity). Now, i know that Broly's mutation is very different from the ultimate mutation, but I still think is a great starting point, mainly because it is within the potential of the Sayans as a species. And all of this without taking into account the famous zenkai boost, which increases the power of a Sayan every time he's severely injured. So, taking that into account, an ultimate Sayan could also be a warrior who's zenkai actually evolved to the point where it increases not only the user's strength, but also their technique, just like Broly. And this is STILL, without talking about different kinds of ki. Potentially, we could have the equivalent of a Super Sayan Blue Broly. What do you think?

Regarding the tail, just judging by the way you said the Omnitrix works, whether he get's a tail or not is entirely dependent on who he get's his DNA from. Explained to maximum simplicity, if he get's DNA from a Universe 7 Saiyan, he becomes a Universe 7 Saiyan, if he get's Universe 6 DNA, he becomes a Universe 6 Saiyan.
Also, a counterargument regarding what kind of Saiyan Ben would get: If the Omnitrix were to obtain DNA from what is deemed to be the pinnacle of Saiyan DNA, it WOULDN'T emulate Goku. This is simply because, Goku hasn't been, and never was (genetically) a paragon of the Saiyan race to any respect. While Goku did eventually become the strongest Saiyan to ever live, that wasn't something that his Biology said he should have been capable of. The only reason he became what he was was due to very special, specific circumstances that Goku had that allowed for him to constantly challenge and overcome his biological limits, Super Saiyan 3 being a prime example, as he even specifically said himself he would not have achieved that form had he NOT been dead while doing it. Strictly speaking, the DNA Omnitrix would emulate would most likely be Vegeta, or Broly (if you go by Movie cannon), which means that his strength plateaus and peaks would work completely differently than you had originally postulated. I dare say that it actually stands to reason that, if Vegeta/Broly, went through all of the same things in exactly the same ways as Goku did, they would probably be significantly stronger than him in the present. The only reason Vegeta is CURRENTLY Goku's lesser, is because of that difference in upbringing.
With that being said, just based solely on Saiyan biology, the best "Ultimate" would probably be able to do for Ben is either Super Saiyan 3 or 4 (regardless of cannon) because those forms are ALREADY outliers in terms of the way that Saiyan biology works. I will concede that the God forms are indeed possible, but given the circumstance of how Goku/Vegeta obtained it, I find it unlikely. The only mortals in Universe 7 that knew about Super Saiyan God barring people from the distant, distant past were really old Namekians, so I'd find it a bit of a stretch that the Ultimatrix could pick up information about the Saiyans that not even the Saiyans themselves had.
It is true that Goku isn’t the best in terms of genes (I think that honor goes to Goten or Trunks), Goku is probably the best model we have for what the Ultimatrix’s ‘training’ would do to a Saiyan.
So we’d set Ben’s base power to what someone like Trunks has at the age of 16, and then discuss Goku when it came to the ultimatrix
To expand on you a little bit
Ben having a tail in Saiyan form depends specifically who he'd get the DNA from. Goku,Vegeta,and Gohan have the tail gene,tails being a recessive trait among saiyans. If he got it from Goten and Trunks,he wouldnt have a tail. Same if he got it from any universe 6 saiyan.
As far as how powerful the "pinnacle" saiyan would be,the strongest natural Saiyan is Broly,however Broly seems to have a genetic mutation that causes his super saiyan ki to behave differently and gives him a massive power buff. But if we're talking about the prime example of a saiyan,base form Broly would be a good measuring stick for power I think
As far as Ultimate goes,I truly see 2 outcomes. 1 would be Legendary Super Saiyan. Your power increases the more you fight,perfect for a saiyan. The destructive capabilities,not to mention the strength itself. On the other hand is Super Saiyan 4 which I feel is the correct answer. Super Saiyan 4 is achieved by combining super saiyan and great ape,two uniquely saiyan things,into one powerful form,and it is the pinnacle of what a saiyan can achieve without God ki. So super saiyan 4 is probably the bet. However to account for the million years thing itd be a super saiyan 4 with absolutely broken scaling.
Ben 10 would surpass his limits and become infinitely stronger every time. But hey, that's just a theory.

if there was a crossover between Ben 10 and dragon ball then I would want it to play like this:
Alien X refuses to fix the universe when it was destroyed and instead sends teenager Ben to start a new life in the world of dragon ball.
Ben finds himself if a forest and he starts walking, he doesn't know where to and he doesn't really care, after about an hour he hears something, a vehicle of some kind, he sees some weird car with a blue haired girl around his age there and she tells him everything about her search.
he joins her and they tell each other their names, apparently her name is bulma an she wants to find these balls to wish for a boyfriend, which Ben calls out for how she wouldn't need the wish because from what she told him she is rich and seems to be social enough to find her own boyfriend. bulma asks Ben what he would wish for but before he manages to tell her that he wants to revive everyone he loved she hits a kid with spiky black hair and a hairy tail.

I think Ben would become a Saiyan similar to Broly. After the Broly movie, it's safe to say Broly is the pinnacle of Saiyan genetics. If Ben transformed he would be an extremely powerful base form Saiyan. He wouldnt know what a Super Saiyan is but he would have the ability to do it, just like Broly. That depends. The watch gives the instincts and such stuff needed for the alien to function at peak. It would be strange, if in 10000 years the watch would not be able to figure out super sayan forms are a thing. And it would most likely could the transformation as an instinctual thing. The fact that just by concentrating energy in once back is enough to go sayan. I just do not see the watch's AI missing that part.
And I agree he would probably end up in Broly's direction. But I would not bet money on sayans being unable to evolve vastly more powerful than Broly.
Apparently their universe is somewhat weak. But I am sure the ape people would would be fully able to evolve as a spices to become among the top races in all the universes. They seem to almost be destined to become a race of pure gods one day. Trunks even almost forced his way into god form did he not? Caim Pact Mutations is when a new completely new gene or genes enters the gene pool. What happens during creation is more about maintaining or combining genes. So the Omnitrix would have to make that new gene, which it shouldn't, since what it does is scan a beings current genes and makes the alien the healthiest, strongest, and most versatile it can be based on those genes that are present.
Admittedly, if Ben scanned Broly, he probably would gain that monstrous strength, but we're looking at what would happen if Ben scanned the average Saiyan, he would get something like Vegeta.
My impression is still that a mutation is simply a change in a gene. It do not really have to create something new. Even just a small change that makes a gene inactive would count as a mutation from my impression. For example in the case of albinism. Or when someone got webbed toes or fingers. Its not a new gene but rather a mutation in the existing once. Some stuff that did not activate or did activate abnormally.
There is no magical sudden appearance of new genes is there?
If you got your dna damaged by radiation, or from some gas. That could result in what we would call a mutation, as your genetic information has become a bit different. But it is still basically just the same old dna, it just got some burns now so not all parts work the same as before.
I do admit though, that I have not really studied mutations. But I do feel that google seem to support my understanding. :p

Okay. The level of understanding of the Ultimatrix in this video kinda confused me. From what I've heard, the Ultimatrix
Runs a simulation of a species in the toughest possible conditions. Their species' evolution(not individual training) is simulated over about a million years(not realtime) as to how they would evolve to cope with their situation. For example, Vaxasaurians(Humungousaur) are already immensely physically strong. It makes sense that, in extremely tough to survive conditions, they evolve armor(the dark blue shell and helmet) as defensive mechanisms. Similarly Arburian Pelarotas(Cannonbolt) are already really powerful defense-wise. So, logically in tougher conditions, their spikes develop as offensive mechanisms. It's how their species would evolve and develop over a million years in the toughest conditions. The end result after the simulated million years of evolution is then stored in the database as that species' ultimate

Except Goku already had the God Ki resting within him, while Vegeta although not at the center of the ritual, was still part of it along with the other sayians of earth. As far as we know, maybe all of them had the potential to unlock God ki after the ritual, but Whis' training simply was necessary to fulfill said potential? I mean, no one besides Goku and Vegeta got that training, while Future Trunks could have gotten it through time travel shenanigans and direct interaction with Vegetas' own God ki. So I do not think that Ben could use the god forms without the rituals, or at the very least, not without interacting with those who got the divine ki.
With that said, think it could be very possible for Ben to turn into the Legendary Supersaiyan, since that is a special form of super saiyan only exclusive to a special kind of saiyan who only are born once every thousands of years (it's also green, so it fits Ben's whole motif). The Omnimatrix turning into the best sample of each alien, could just as likely turn Ben into that special saiyan kind, and as things have it, they could match the god forms even without God Ki. Ad the ultimatrix onto that, and Ben might turn into something that looks like a beefed up green SSJ4 (if we are going the Oozaru tail route) but without any of the Legendary SSJ's weaknesses, like never using more power than what the body can handle and retaining their rationality even when unleashing their power to the max.

Remember that Ben's verse have their own version of KI, and that's Mana, so Saiyan Ben would most likely mana as a substitute for KI.
He won't be able to access SSJ and the rest, but he would most likely have the Legendary SsJ form, and his one version of a super saiyan, would be one that has telekinesis, flight, construct projection, Zenkai boost, magic, teleportation, and literally any abilities Gwen has.

I have an alternate idea:
-the omnitrix not copy training. Ben is usually stronger than most members of a given race between his ingenuity and being the best genetic example of the species, but we’ve seen him lose to one of the same species when they outmatched him in skill (he lost a spider monkey V spider monkey match in alien force I think)
All the normal saiyans we see achieve super saiyan do so after well surpassing their normal limits. So I would guess that without training, Ben would become a high class Saipan, basically on par with king vegeta blowing up planets.

You would say the pinnacle of their race is the legendary super Saipan, and he would basically become broly.
Either way, I do not believe he would get super Saiyan as goku and vegeta do. Though maybe super saiyan blue or full power broly are actually his ultimate form if his normal form is equivelant to king vegeta.

Exactly, while Z obscures this heavily with all the beam struggles and power levels, goku is actually a really skilled fighter, not just strong. It shows up now and then, but it’s rarely mentioned. So saying Ben with a Saipan form would be goku is likely pretty off base. A slightly more cunning broly makes more sense, though one could argue that broly to Saiyans is a little like chromastone to petrosapians. (A legendary individual related to, but not endemic of the species)

I would also think that, while his ultimate evolved saiyan form would never be able to automatically start out controlling God Ki, it would evolve to better control and sooner master more regular Ki. It would also keep evolving to find new ways to increase muscle mass and grow more hair, because that's how I've speculated saiyans store their Ki.
So, the Ultimate Ben Saiyan would look like half extra beefy SSJ4, half Ozaru, but would most notably have giant jack-hammer arms (like Armadrillo) with what'd look like feathers on the ends that would actually be fingers that could weave extraodinarily dense Ki strings into super powerful Ki weapons whenever needed.

I know this is kinda old, but i beleive you forgot one point in how the ultimatrix works. Thats one million years in an apocalyptic warzone the entire species needing to survive. Meaning the ultimatrix takes possibly millions of one sample, and has it fight for a million years following the generations, insuring only the strongest prevail, and thus what you would get may not even be conceivably a sayain anymore, as over the course of millions of years according to evolutionary theory, new species would diverge to fulfill certain roles. So it is indeed entirely possible that what you get is essentially king kong with the same power scaling as goku
I'm just throwing this out there. The peak sayan is Broly. The ultimatrix would simulate the roughest possible environment for an alien over a span of a million years in the ultimatrix. Sayans, already have a rapid growth from a single fight. Basically, even if it was still base form. Ben would have a satan that started out extremely powerful, and went through combat that even the gods haven't faced, and gained even more power than they would. Basically, ben's ultimate sayan would be potentially the second most destructive alien of all time after alien X.
Imagine ultimate freeza race it only took 4 month to catch up with blue imagine 1 million years

Ultimate form doesn't work like that. It's not just any environment, it's specifically the birth planet of the chosen species. So no hyperbolic time chamber. Instead, millions of years on planet Vegeta.

I have some problems with the video
-Swampfire transformation was because swampfire species was maturing at the time ben was 16
-Goku can learn other species techniques, but only because were techniques based on Ki manipulation
-and other "transformations" of aliens like Ghostfreak or chromastone are just new desings
but the rest of the video is nice
What if Ben became a Cybertronian?
It would be possible considering that Ben has similar bio-mechanical transformations. Like upgrade or clockwork.

Majinn buu is a "Magic Based" creature and is therefore not really "alive". He therefore wouldn't have any DNA for the omnitrix to scan. Ben wouldn't be able to transform into him.

With 4 MONTHS of training, Frieza went from somewhere around Star lvl to rivaling SSB, which can easily destroy entire Universes. Now imagine Frieza, but with 1000000 years of training.

I will say that this focuses a lot of Goku who realistically wasn't that great of a Saiyan, but circumstances in his life, the people he met and the villain he fought forged him into an incredible fighter. If the Omnitrix was going to turn Ben into what would be considered the best Saiyan, I would say he would make him like Broly (Super Broly, not Z Broly) with a massive power level at the start. When Goku was born he was pretty weak compared to other Saiyans and even Raditz was stronger than him when he first showed up on Earth. Broly however barely got any training and lived on a harsh planet and was able to match Super Saiyan God without any transformations and even as his Legendary transformation held up against a fused Blue Saiyan. Becoming a Saiyan like Broly would make the most sense as he's the example of a Saiyan warrior without tons of variables impacting the success of his power.
Even though the training is practically genetical using the humangosaur expample it recreates a vexasaurian from terradino pressures it for a million years then scans the evolution then copies this evolved vexasaurians dna. So its not mutation its evolution.

Imagine if Ben had The Ability to turn into a Saiyan From when he FIRST found the Omnitrix, and decided to train in that form for as long as he could to make himself stronger. He could learn how to keep his mind clear of Distractions if Gwen helped him in that department, and If Kevin 11 was willing, he could somehow revert back to his normal state, and Absorb Ben's Saiyan Form to acquire a Kind of Fair Saiyan vs Saiyan Battle, pushing Ben beyond his Limits to the End. Fast Forward to Alien Force, Lets say Ben Re-Acquires this Saiyan Form, and when his Cousin or Grandpa Max end up in the Crossfire of a fight, and almost die because of it, Ben could break one limit and Go Super Saiyan Level 1. Moving Forwards to Albedo's Return and The Ultimatrix's First Appearance, Instead of Using a Vaxasaurian/Humongousaur, He uses A Saiyan Form. And lets say, If the Ultimate Function Does Evolve The Saiyan DNA Sample, Ben's Training would have already given him Somewhat Easier Access to Super Saiyan 1, 2 and Possibly SSJ3. If Ben went ultimate in his Saiyan Form, It'd basically look kinda like If There was a Saiyan Supreme Kai that we were unaware of that existed. An Ultimate Saiyan Form is alot to think About, But Not Impossible. I think He could, But in the unwise and Very Bad Choice of words of someone in UAF,

Shadow Springtrap i do think it is possible for ben to become a super saiyan, as it either requires an emotional trigger, or the tingly thing in the back. Any saiyan can achieve it.
Regarding the 'ultimate saiyan' form, it seems possible as well. Goku black attained the super saiyan rose form because he was a god/saiyan hybrid. Ben could attain something similar, although i don't think it would be as much of a power increase. The super saiyan form is supposed to be a multiplier after all. Ben would need to train for a few decades, not just with another saiyan (kevin?), but with gods, to reach a high base power level.
P.S. i don't think he can achieve ssj2/3 just by training with beings far weaker than him. He would need to train with someone far above him.
