I've been regularly zerchering and your zercher series of videos are what I refer to for advice. Quite an unorthodox lift, but very economical in a way since it hits more muscles than a regular back squat, especially if you do combat sports and lifting is just one part of your regimen.
The staggered stance variation is interesting. And I can assure you the zercher position is very useful in everyday life, using it at work for lifting something that everybody else cannot, lol.

@@Eccles_basement_gym I feel if I got one id never use it. Plus I have tried to use fat grips and they dont work well and actually make it harder to use.
