Hay Levi, hope this finds you well man, stumbled across your video and ordered my BlindSpot, just about in time to shoot. Fantastic. Not knowing your channel, the reason I kept watching was the sail ships, and boy, I'm so glad I did. This devise makes all the difference..... Thanks a million Would love to film on one of those ships one day.. Stay safe, best of, from UK
Hey Levi, i really like the look of your GH5 films...and it doesnt matter what i do: my results do not look like this. And i did not find a Video where you explain it ( maybe i did just not find it ). You saw a video where you said natural profile everything minus 5 right? But do you use special luts and stuff? I really like your content. Especially the look and the lifestyle :) Greetings from Berlin Germany.
Useful gear! Especially if you have a bunch of old NP-F batteries around already powering LED-panels etc. And it even makes the dummy battery for the GH5 more useful - smart! Thanks for sharing Levi!
I wish I would have seen this 2 weeks ago. I just bought everything to have a dummy battery for my Panasonic fz2500 including a 32800mAH battery which has several USB charge ports to poower the camera and accessories.
My power solution is 10X GH5 battery for my GH5 and GH3 and 3 orginal chargers (I took 2 with me on holiday. I tried cheap USB chargers. I dont trust them they did not charge very well. I also gonna check out the CORESWX PB-Edge solution also looks promising
There was only 3 in the world at the time I had it. There will be more shortly once they ramp up production and then I will test a production model more long term and harshly.
It's also really helpful for things like long takes at weddings, or super long timelapses. I've got a few solutions I use currently, but this one is far superior.
I am a photographer myself and this product is really innovative thank you for sharing. For my part, I work with a Canon 1D Mark III and a Canon 6D for video.
Wow, that looks extremely useful! I'm looking forward to someday getting a camera besides my iPhone just so I can use this one piece of gear! ;P DUDE, what a crazy opportunity to get to film on those ships-STUNNING footage!
Thanks for reviewing Power Junkie! I'm about to buy one with the GH5S as well. Since I can't test at the moment, could you tell me if I'm obliged to buy their own dummy battery adapter for Panasonic (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NNSMNPG/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=vidgizmo-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07NNSMNPG&linkId=55e3cc0c66c8cda16f3e09fa203fc6ab) or if a more generic one will do the work? Thanks for helping me see through.
No more ads for me youtube. 2 5min adds with no skip.... GTFOH on the video I got the SmallRig NP-F Battery Adapter Plate EB2504 on ebay. it does 12v and 7.5v all from the same plate.
Totally. I do that as well. Yet I have dozens of these batteries. And when I go on shoots I don't want to take an assortment of battery banks, chargers, and cables for all the stuff. It's much cleaner for my work flow seeing as I already will be using lots of Sony L series batteries anyways.
I stumbled across this unit and bought it quick. Worth the buy!

Cool video. 1 battery for all company. We just need to buy DC coupler right?
Every video you do low key makes me smile. Keep up your amazing energy man!
Does it support charging while you use it?
Your videos always get me pumped to go and adventure and shoot. Got to break out of the edit suite whenever I can!
Boom, totally bought one. Thanks Levi!
Nice!!! Bro can you do a video on that set-up on the gh5?
Any word of when kick starter will get this up and running to order? Like to buy 2!!! 😀👍🏼
It's OUT! Happy to say we are ( _my company_ ) distributing it in Scandinavia! Great product!

Hey Levi, can you share what's that monitor mount that you're using for your atomos monitor? Thanks

Totally agree. It's a no brainer for me because of how many of those sony batteries I have. Even it was just a usb port without the charging.
Ive already ordered three, got them at a great price, cant wait to receive them
Love your channel Levi. Thanks for introducing me to this little gadget, just backed on KS.
Thanks for this Levi! Gonna grab a few for sure!

Ordered mine - Thx for sharing Levi...Awesome boat footage
I have such a unit and it is truly indispensable. I use it with my 5D mk I’ve.
your tag line soooo good.I'm now a subscriber
Cool shots. Does this device have a Nikon option D300 and Up?
I think it might, check the info on the backer levels on kickstarter
We got you covered, for specific models and camera check the FAQ 😀
I was going to buy it and I remembered I have a Canon 5D which shoots all day long in one battery so I got some beers instead.
😂
Your camera rig looks insane 😂

Sorry we were a little late.... it’s always the case the perfect bit of kit is just around the corner.
I thought that was an amazon advert with the deep dive technique.. so qwhite cool levi stuff there
I use DJI Mavic batteries + DJI USB adapter. Great thing with this option is that the batteries can be fast-charged under 1 hour.
you think youll do a mbp pro review ? or are there already too may of those reviews? :P
Yeah no laptop review for me. Waste of time imo
ahhh okay ): cant wait for the next video! slack life has been EPIC! so far :)

Great vid keep up the good work!!
Cool review!
Thanks!
You sent it back ? Did you at least run the idea of starting a long term, real world, daily use testing scenario by them first ?
There was only 3 in the world at the time I had it. There will be more shortly once they ramp up production and then I will test a production model more long term and harshly.
Nice Levi! Beautiful! Hey how was your run with Casey! So glad that happened! Are you ever in the Dallas area?
I don't have any plans to be in dallas anytime soon
Enjoying the videos, thanks for the great content.
Cool thing, thanks for the heads up.
Project backed!
It's also really helpful for things like long takes at weddings, or super long timelapses. I've got a few solutions I use currently, but this one is far superior.
Totally, I really like the idea of it being able to act like a powerbank for everything I have.

Good for those mirrorless camera batteries that only last 1hr.
Awesome!! 😎👍
Pretty cool!

Any one with the correct dc barrel jack will work
that intro though!
ps that power junkie is legit!
Glad you enjoyed it
use one USB out port into the micro USB in port creating a circuit and then use the other USB port to charge something... FOREVER!

I just use a five dollar 5000mah power bank from amazon and works with a zhiyun crane.

Levi Allen true, a great product, I’m just staying in my financial lane heheh.
All you do is just trying to make a real cinema camera by yourself :) The real cameras have all that, and much more...
