I.e. the bridge and chorus. now onto the chords: D^(2/4) = x54055 D^(2/4)* = x54030 G = 320033 G* = xx0788 G(7) = xx0787 Cadd9 = x32033 Csus2 = x30033 Csus2* = x30003 Dadd4/F# = 200033 Em7 = 022033 Asus4 = xx2233 on the csus2 (add9) go from csus2 to cadd9 without a strum
on the cadd9* start off x32030 and add the G after to make it x32033 where you see things like Csus2 Cadd9 Csus2, what you are doing is simply removing and readding 2nd finger after 1 strum, so the chord changes from x30033 to x320033 and back. the similar thing holds true in the bridge when you are going between G* and G(7) . NOTE: the G* isn't named properly, the G(7) is a G up at 7th fret, but I couldn't find chord name for G*
