It's so infuriating how Disney decided to permanently end Muppet Vison 3D instead of making it a temporary closure.
Closing Muppetvision 3D is up there with the worst DCA mistakes along with Mission Breakout, closing the Aladdin show, and soarin around the world.
100% this. Pretty much every other change they made was for the better except for the ones you listed! The only good thing is they sometimes bring back the original Soarin'.

@@evanburt2766 I don't know if this counts as an unpopular opinion or not but I actually think Incredicoaster is better. Don't get me wrong. I loved California Screamin'. But I love the new version better. There's just something about the themed scream tubes and the smell of chocolate chip cookies that wins me over. That, and it's faster now than it was before.
Marilyn Addams i know what you mean by a theming stand point it’s better but the soundtrack sucks. It tied the whole ride together. Now hearing lasers blast off when your looking at a hotel just doesn’t do it for me.
This show was the best show ever at DCA for sure!
I hope this will still be around at Hollywood Studios, it's always been 1 of my favorite attractions

This attraction was filmed in 1990 at Disney’s MGM Studios (now called Disney’s Hollywood Studios). It was brought as an exact copy in 2001 to DCA. Despite the later update with the release of Muppets Most Wanted, all the rest stayed the same from 1990 and was a strong indication of this attraction’s retirement.
How Did They Get Good Quality In 1990?
I hope they bring this back as it seems they could easily change the video, all they need are sweetums, chef, penguins, bean, and Walt and Statler. then it could be a easy change
I’m sure changing the video could bring more people. But it’s really important for Muppet fans because it was one of the last projects Jim Henson himself oversaw before he passed.
This queue is way better than Hollywood studios and wish it would comeback to the west coast
Noah H So that the Philharmagic 4D show would be relocated somewhere else in the Hollywoodland section like in a separate theater next door to it!
They can always move Philharmagic over to the Hyperion Theater for sure!
I really wish this was still there. They never really replaced it with anything on it's level. Just some live shows which you can just see elsewhere like on Broadway or like those travelling Disney shows. I don't wanna go to the parks to do stuff I can do back home! I actually really like this show because it seems like a parody of 3D shows. The cheesy-ness is what makes it fun!
this was replaced by another 3d show, the theater stuff is in a different building next door.

Between this show, the live stage Aladdin show and Its Tough to be a Bug, they’ve really discontinued some great shows at California Adventure and completely failed to replace them. Mickeys Philharmagic is a great show, but these ones were so unique and they really helped give California Adventure an identity

I was a sucker for D Lands 3D shows! Lol. I LOVED Muppets 3D, It's Tough to be a Bug AND Honey I Shrunk the Audience! Lolz

@@Thunderheadman i'm not sure about disney world, but muppet vision was removed from disneyland in california adventure. can't remember why tho.
@@Thunderheadman apparently it's still in holleywood studios, according to some people. maybe it just wasn't that big of a hit anymore in disneyland.

Same here. As a kid I was really scared of sudden loud noises/surprises, which this show had alot of so, I never got the chance to really appreciate the special effects. But now, rewatching old pov videos like this, it makes me regret ever being scared at all. I want Muppet Vision to come back so badly its not even funny. Phillharmagic, for what it is, it's fine, but it's not as good or as charming as Muppet Vision was.

When the people who runs the Disney Hollywood Studios park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida had their version of Muppet*Vision 3D remodeled some, they should've given the exterior of the theater the same sign with the statue of Kermit, the yellow, orange and red hot air balloon with the image of Kermit's face on top of the clock tower, and the statues of Fozzie, Gonzo, and Animal for the fountain.
Why they didn't go along with that is beyond me.
Ever since I had seen the Disney California Adventure version of Muppet*Vision 3D before it had been closed down on November 1st of 2014, I have wondered why the head of the statue of Kermit was facing to the right some instead of facing straight forward.
I really wanted to see this show but now that it’s closed forever that’s not gonna happen any time soon
But when I go to Disney’s Hollywood studios I’m totally gonna see it

@@LMGVids I know this is a controversial opinion but I think closing down Muppet Vision 3-D was a big mistake because Disneyland has no Muppets attraction and Even though Muppet Vision 3-D is gone I think they should retheme the Paradise Gardens area with The Muppets The Little Mermaid attraction will stay because that is a great ride and I love it but the other attractions near it would close the Golden Zeppelins will be rethemed to Pigs in Space from The Muppet Show, Jumpin Jellyfish will be Themed to Hot airballoons themed to Kermit the Frog taken from The Great Muppet Caper, Goofy's Sky School will be Rethemed to The Great Gonzo's StuntMadness and instead of a Airplanes guests will ride on the Plunger car from the Muppet Movie and the attraction takes place in The Great Gonzo's StuntShow Madness and for his 3rd act he invited you the guests on his Plunger Car the beginning of the ride you see Gonzo in his cannon being launched in the sky and then your car jumps though a Fire hoop (Which is not a fire Hoop it's just a hoop painted orange but it glows in the Dark at Night), a circular Saw, and at the end you see Gonzo on his Motorcycle in a slingshow and at the end he crashing himself and the motorcycle on the Stunt show Building and you see his cutout and his Motorcycle on the Building which is a tribute Muppet Vision 3-D and then at the end you unload from the vehicle and exit safety. The pizza place near by will be rethemed to PizzaRizzo from Disney World, and lastly The Silly Symphony Swings will be rethemed to the Electric Mayhem and will be titled The Eletric Mayhem: RockSwings

Muppet vision 3d was the best ride ever especially the music of the video I was so nostalgia I remember going on it in 2012 cool ride closing the ride it was the worst mistake that dca ever did and replaced whit mickey philharmonic I will remember you muppet vision 3d and Jim Henson while at Hollywood studios lives on 🥹😊❤🎉
