Great tip on removing the membrane on the inside of the ribs...the key to tender ribs!
Now I’m hungry! Well done Mike and Camp Chef.
Thanks!
I’m going to try this recipe on Sunday, thanks for the great video ! Cheers 🍻
Hope it turns out for ya!
not a cook nor a hunter but a secret third thing. (writer that can't cook whose current main character is a pro chef.) thank you for the video, it's very insightful and those ribs look delicious :]

I did some elk ribs once.good flavor bot they coated our mouths with fat. Someone told me to boil them first to get the fat out of it.
so what is the measurements for the basting sauce? what is in the rub measurements?
If you look in the video description there is a link that will direct you to all the ingredients and cooking directions
I didn't fall off the chair.....!!
Ive tried crock pot , oven, and Grill. With various results. I will tell you the best result ( for me) to date was cleaning a deer once at the barn and just for shits my Sons and i put single ribs stripped directly on top of a pot bellyvstove. When they got crispy we ea ate a couple and they were the best. But i will def try this in the Treager
That sounds great!
so whats the recipey/rub for the ribs

I feel like that’s a lot of flavors and seasonings etc… seems like your eating seasoning than you are deer meat? I don’t know I’ve never ate deer ribs. Seems like a lot of work to cover up the taste of them game rivs
It’s a common way to cook ribs
I dont think its worth the time or trouble to try and cook deer ribs not much meat and never tender! Wish you would of showed us you trying to eat them!
They were fantastic. Absolutely worth doing
