How thick are the factory shims ? My air gap is about 47 thousands and I'd like to get one or two shims instead of a whole bag so I'm ready to reassemble.
no , it must have a gap to keep compressor from running at all times, this clutch was worn down so much that it did not need a shim but still has a gap,

So if the shim is removed the compressor is always on if ac is on? Or always running at all times
