I went from FL to Ableton, back to FL and these days I use Bitwig and Reaper. I use all of them for a breath of fresh air from time to time but mainly Bitwig. Picked up Live 12 the other day and its awesome being able to see the mixer at the same time as the arranger now! Nice video pal
Only bad thing is that FL Studio license is one time payment with ALL updates. Ableton Live you have to pay ~120€?? to upgrade to the next major update.
@official_jrnxl i used a college certificate and got the Ableton EDU (Education) offer so i got Ableton Live 11 Studio EDU and then like 2-3 months later Ableton 12 came out... 😒

I have loved Ableton for years!
Yessir! Definitely Happy to have switched, workflow is so much easier imo.
If you want more videos like this, take a look at my others! haha

Pianorol FL is the best
Now that I can actually agree with for sure. I never really see myself using the piano roll on ableton since I made the switch.
Random passer by who rarely comments here: You made the right choice.

Use both
Indeed
Are DSP accelerators necessary for plug-ins I find my cpu throttling when I gave a lot of them open
It can be a big problem yeah, especially with a lot of plugins!
Yes! This is the right choice. I also did. Ableton is amazing.
Im glad to be here! haha
After seven years, you should have been a power user and not find it confusing now, after using it for such a long time. 😊
You right fr
try studio one for vocal recordings. it's much more streamlined than FL
I’ll take a look. Thank you!
