DId you see the RUclipsr we ran into?
Pixel Dan! Nice
Yep!
@@toyfederation Love Dan's positive vibe. His SDCC '23 coverage was fantastic.
Cool that you ran into Pixel Dan. Great video!!!. I truly appreciate and enjoy your episode!!!.
Thank you
Yea!
The whole toy collecting community is like “this on has a red sock! That makes it worth 5grand more” 😂 . Love the videos!
The after hour room sales at cons are the best. I often cart around my own tub of stuff to thaw rooms so I have stuff to trade / sell to people. It always works so well.
Found your Channel via Froggy Flips, enjoyed a few of your excellent vids so subscribed…….. Thanks for your efforts, now back to watching another video!!
Theres something really soothing about watching these vidoes to me 😂 love this channel
I've collected toys and comics and I find if you don't read your comics or open your toys you're just keeping them in perfect condition for the next owner.
This is reason why I open my hot wheels I collect diecast not cardboard and the thought of my whole life without opening my toys is sickening and life is too short
Who's gonna open something that they paid thousands for mint in package when they could just purchase one loose for a fraction of the price if they're wanting to play with it?
@@michaelharrington75Because you want a minty fresh one, not a copy with wear and paint chipping.
@@RarebitFiends I've got figures that look like they just came off the card, and didn't have to open any packages.
@@michaelharrington75 Nice! I only really buy online, frequently from overseas, so for the stuff I collect (mostly Transformers), I am most comfortable buying new in box even if it means paying a premium.
This was a real gem of a video. I really enjoyed it. So much cool stuff, some stuff I rarely/have never seen before. Awesome. I could have watched this for hours.
So cool seeing you get turned up like we do when we go to your shop! 😁
Thanks!
I enjoy how excited everyone in the hobby always seems to be to learn something new! Another great video!
Here from Froggy Flips and loving each video
I collect toys and never sell any; I find the business side of things so interesting. That portion with the seller and you were upfront that it was for your shop; the back and forth haggling of the price was really cool to see. Really great stuff to watch. Also, how much little bits of specific information do you have floating in your mind about what makes each item rare is just mind-boggling.
So glad you enjoy it!
Man, I had that Droids VHS display... destroyed with everything else I had in a flood. :(
I love seeing through this collectors eyes. I dream of having a store one day. I mean look at all the cool stuff you see. 😮
Treasure it now because I have a feeling that anything produced by Disney will not have the same value in years to come
Can't believe I missed this episode! This was a fun one! Glad I checked the video list to see if there were new episodes I hadn't seen! :D
You guys are my favourite channel. Thank you so much for putting this out there 💗
I think everyone if us still has an inner child, even in adulthood.
so glad i found this channel. great and fun content!
I loved the "can we film in here?", "yes but you have to buy something" 😂
And we did! haha
HA, Tony from KNOWHERE! Awesome!
I can watch this channel's content all day. love this channel.
And we encourage you to do so!
This was a really great episode. I like when this much good stuff is crammed into a video
We call the lurkers who wait till you've put down the box ''Hyena's''.
I've been one myself though.. once my nephew wanted a graded Batman comic and I literally pushed him through the crowd with a hand full of cash to snatch it before somebody's eyes!
Good times..
Let’s goooooo more vids!!
Every Saturday!
Came across your channel the other day and cannot stop watching. You guys deserve a TV show!!!! so addicting!!!!!!
Thanks so much! New episodes every Saturday at 9am!
New bucket list item - go retro toy shopping with Ryan! lol. Awesome, awesome video.
Cube to our show in November!
Great finds!
Thanks!
I like the loose collector vs mosc debate. I get both ideologies specially for toys that break due to plastics chemistry of over 30 years ago.
Holy God! This video!!
I think I say this to myself every week. Best show on the Internet. Thank you!
Thank you so much!
I have an E.T. VHS counter display. They are so cool. Can’t believe you found one unused. That’s pretty special.
Metroplex!!
I love conventions with “room sales”. There’s a Chicago vintage toy soldier show with room trading that is incredible - this is obviously Star Wars/G.I., Joe era toys but same concept.
I love the suspense of everyone playing the money 🤑🤑🤑 game.
Just discovered this channel. Gotta say... I'm loving it!
We love hearing that!
Enjoy all your Videos Guys :)
Thank you so much!
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
That sealed IG-88 is incredible! You rarely ever see the figure let alone boxed and then sealed on top of it!
Now you know why I had to buy it! haha
Love your videos. I have watched them all. Editing and music is great. My knees hurt watching you guys review trades on the floor. I hope to make it to your store soon
Yeah my knees hurt too😆 ryan and his crew should put together a U.S.S Flagg and create it into a table to use just right there near the registers where they do all their trading 😜🤣🤣👌🏽
“LET THEM BREATHE!”
Love these videos guys keep it up! So much stuff to look at and there is a lot to know about the M5/V4 variant with the Taiwan vs just plain blue/black you can stare at them all day under a light it’s crazy how far vintage Star Wars collecting has gone.
Yep!
Another great video. Thanks
Thank you!
This was soooooooo snagging of a video.....the hype side from all of us vibrate figure collectors can't wait for the next vid
Thank you!
Awesome episode this week
Thank you!
I don't collect toys I collect music memorabilia, with that being said I am hooked on these videos. Keep it up guys! Wishing you all the best going forward!
Awesome! Thank you!
Dealers always get there collections on the cheap 😂😂good stuff though
Toy shopping in hotel rooms, that is so awesome!!!
Right?
I remember getting an ESB Boba Fett for Xmas. The wookie braids and looking thru the helmet was the coolest thing. It's crazy what some stuff sells for.
Yea! Great toy!
I do occasionally open vintage toys if it's to fill a gap in my childhood loose collection. However, my cutoff is around $50 for that sort of plastic desecration! 😉
Got to!
This whole economy and subculture is so interesting to me
Tony is in Miami Hialeah.. good store I always visit once a week.. nice guy takes the time to talk to you if you anything...
Love the video! Great job! Bring us More! Get some sort of production set up in the store and bring us more shop video. Probably pitch a show almost.
We have a production crew
@@toyfederation what you got going on right now definitely looks professional ! Lovin it
Thanks!
That man booth is the holy grail of SW toys .
You think so?
@@toyfederation His booth overall was quite impressive.
Yep!
Nice dude, I've been to his house a few times for sales
Love the Star Wars gems
Love that you love it!
Another great vid!
Thanks!
Really enjoyed this video keep it going
Thank you!
Dang. Just... Dang. Rooms filled with my childhood. Cheers for this!
Love that you comment every week! Thanks for watching!
@@toyfederation Definitely, wouldn't miss it.
More videos like this and longer please
How long do you want them!?!!
About an hour at least thanks guys
If they were longer you wouldn’t enjoy them. Our team does a really great job at putting the story together in a captivating way! Quite happy with the work and length!
The toy shop business must be good. You bought some high-end gems there. The show looks great.
Yes we did!
I really enjoyed this one, Pixel Dan is the MOTU guy I like to watch. Thanks for sharing.
He’s great!
Excellent work, nice seeing pixel Dan,
Yea!
Need to make a trip to check this store out
Please do!
Just found your channel im really digging it. Subbed up immediately.
This show thou, wow talk about impressive.
Thank you for subscribing!
I used to own the imperial transport with the buttons...c3 po saying "r2 d2 where are you" among other phrases!
Great video as always , man u both got some killer finds. Im heading to comic con in tampa shortly hopefully i can find a few things im looking for. Keep it up , thanks guys
Let us know what you grab!
Awesome as usual. I wouldn't mind if these were an hour or more.
Hahahaha
Loved this episode.
Yea!? What about it!?
@@toyfederation I liked everything ! You buying personal stuff and stuff for the shop. What was really cool is that people set up POP UP stores in the rooms. I didn't know they did that. Really cool, looks like a blast.
Wow room trading, what a concept... om blown away about how deep the star wars details. Go i grew up with and had em all as a kid. But when u get into variants and hongkong vs Taiwan. Theres just sooooo much to know.
Yes there is!
In addicted to this channel. Suuuubed
My favorite show on You Tube
Crazy! It's ours too! haha
Always the best content.
Oh wow! Really!?
Nice seeing Pixel Dan and the other store owners. Never knew about room trading.
To open or not to open. I've opened some sealed toys before, but nothing expensive. They were World's Smallest Matchbox car sets. Pretty small so not always easy to find loose.
Most of my toy collection is loose though. It's cool to have boxes though. I have the boxes for my Manta and Raven MASK vehicles.
Love loose collections!
it is strange ~ while I do collect some things, that being some vintage figures some sealed, some loose or sealed games and TCG for odd stuff like Berserk stuff, I myself am not a huge action figure of comic person...but I have binged every TF video multiple time now. this channel is just some of the best content to watch and I am hooked on every new upload! It also has taught me a lot about toys I never knew
So glad you’re loving it!
OMG, I had Boba Fett and IG88.
I am really enjoying your channel. I hope to visit and purchase a few things from your store some day. Be well.
I hope so too!
Amazing sw grails, good to see pixel dan appearance!
More to come!
The nostalgia from seeing some of these toys is crazy. I don’t know how I came across your channel but it’s been a lot of fun to watch wishing I would’ve kept my G.I. Joe’s and Turtle ‘s in hindsight lol. The 90s was a fun time to have toys though!
Yea. We all wish we would've kept our toys! Who knew though. Have any figures that would be considered gold today?
@@toyfederation I have some mini military stuff that I think is obscure but would need to figure out the manufacturer. I did just purchase a 3.75 cross country GI Joe last night after watching one of your videos lol. Collecting loose Joes would be a fun endeavor
Ha! Glad we could inspire!
I GOTTA know more about that gel for the "Pony Cancer". I'd like to clean up my Monster Pretender shells. Also, I hated paying $40 for an Icepick gun, but it's not joke to try to source!
GREAT CONTENT!!!!
Thank you!
Hi they used rubber bands to hold ig 88 at the neck and boba also.
I do the same thing with yard sales. If I see something that I'm interested but someone else has it, I will wait till that person puts it back unless they buy it.
Only fair.
@@toyfederation Agree. There was a couple times I got into an argument when I had the item in my hand but someone next to me is asking how much it is to the seller and trying to purchase it. That just rubs me the wrong way.
Omg we're the biggest fucking nerds😂
This blows all my years of game collecting out of the water.
Man the twelve inch star wars figures got me thinking when I had those
Killing me where are they now lol
Great show man as always
Thanks for watching!
You should let Tony haggle on your buying prices he gets a ton of deals 😂. That brown snake yoda was a steal.
Haha! Maybe!
Wow love that carded Yoda for $100 good deal
Yes!
I css as me from Froggy flips channel I’d love to see you find some vintage my little pony figures
I have the die cast star destroyer with rebel ship inside and full falcon
Fantastic!
Yass! New TF ep!! My weekend is complete 🎉
"I Spent Thousands on Toys!"?
So, just like any other day, then 😋😁
Keep up the great "work"!!❤❤❤
Maybe! haha
The price of the sold Boba Fett *MIND BLOWN* Would you have bought it if it hadn't sold?
@@Kaioken20 Yes!
@@toyfederation Fantastic! I hope you find it when the cameras are around.
What figure was in the video they wanted 16k for??? Anyone else see that price tag??
I kept waiting for you to have your Joe Exotic (Tiger King) moment stating that you'll never financially recover from this. Lol.
Not yet!
Of all the things he didn't get the speeder bike that's a holy grail
For some reason I really like toy federation buy sell and trade man I wish they are here in California.
Thank you!
What were the Jurassic Park figures?!?! I’m a huge Jurassic park fan and now I want whatever those were!
IG88 is apsolutely scarry fighting in Shadows of the Empire for Nintendo 64. His shape and mechanical sounds and movrments are the stuff of nightmares. More horrifying to me than terminators.
Would love to see you film your personal SW collection
You don’t want to see that
@@toyfederation😂😂yeah we do😜🙌🏽
Maybe soon!
I wanna know where i can get that stretch rejuvinator
CAN NOT stop laughing at the video title and thumbnail 😂😂😂😂.
You like that??
@@toyfederation lol! I've had that look on my face many times after going overboard on toys & trying to justify my purchasing decisions to myself!
It’s a problem!
The Star Wars toys before these dark time(disney), are Impressive, Most Impressive
Yes
Where was this show? Great video
Nashville.
More videos please sir
Every Saturday
The 12" IG-88 kills me every time I see one, because my mom took me to the Five & Dime and I wanted a 12" figure. She finally agreed to get me one, and the store only had two left; Chewbacca and IG-88. I almost bought the IG-88 because he was a robot, but then decided on Chewbacca because he was a hero.
So today I still have the Chewbacca and the original box, but now that I am older and a collector, I know it could have been an IG-88! Who knew I was making a thousand dollar decision at 5-6 years old?
None of us knew! It’s crazy! But you picked what made you happy! Gotta appreciate that!
I guess I'll never understand Star Wars crazy prices 😢
